Breath of fresh air after dealing with an out of state loan provider. Their rates were competitive and even better depending on what I chose. The service was speedy, highly communicative, and helpful. They got me in and out in a day. Celeste was especially helpful and an excellent point of contact.

Worst credit union ever!! They stole $100 from me while i was making a desposit. I noticed when i checked the receipt and they neglected to help. All they said was we don't deseve to be accused now leave our branch right now! If this is the way they regularly treat their customers than im taking my money else where! Terrible service and down right thieves!!

Small, lacks a lot of services. No fast transfers like Zelle. Mobile app is basic. Website is not bad but needs a lot of improvement. This Bank needs to improve its services to compete with other banks. Just don't stay the same. It is really hard to get money transferred without visiting a branch or waiting bunch of days on popmoney.

Excellent location . Near Winco Best buy and Sams club. I suggest in the future they also offer Visa Signature or World Elite credit cards. Please give them a try. Will be a member probably forever

Would not have gotten a loan here had I known about their horrible payment options

I had a bad experience with another bank, and I heard good things about TransWest, so I decided to switch. However, I found myself really underwhelmed with their services, which are lacking compared to other banks and credit unions. The app looks like it came straight out of 2013 and the website lacks polish and has bugs. I always feel like it is a hassle to transfer money. The reason I gave two stars is because the people who work here are ok.

My experiences with Transwest Credit union have always been handled with the utmost professionalism and timeliness. I always use the 21st south branch because I've gotten to know the employees and they always take care of all my banking needs.

I love this location! I am always greeted by name and have fun conversation whenever I go in. I actually changed to only bank at TransWest because I enjoy the staff and they are always so friendly and have faster efficient service than my previous bank.
