Very negative experience with this company. I was doing a delayed financing deal and originally told that the process would take 2-3 weeks. It ended up taking over 2 months. I don't know what the ultimate problem was and why it took so long because they did not communicate with me. For the last month of the process, I was told they had everything they needed and were ready to close, but it still took a month from there with no communication on what the delays were. By the end, I was emailing them 2-3 times a week just to get any information from them. I also ended up paying almost $1000 in late fees on other bills because this process took so long. Communication is key even when things are not going as planned and this company did not communicate.
