From the very first phone call I knew this was the mortgage company I was going to do business with. I negotiated with two other companies and went with my instincts, not the cost. Katie did an amazing job of being able to get our house refinanced. I wasn't really sure how things would go at first since I just found this company online and didn't know if it was legitimate. But after talking to Katie the first time, I knew she was for real. She was able to lock me into a rate and they documented all the terms and agreements so that there would be no back and forth on things afterwards. Our first lender’s program was cancelled by its bank and it was an urgent situation to find a new lender. I found Equinox via a DuckDuckGo search and Kevin and Melissa resolved the situation professionally. The assistance from Kevin Fabian from the very first phone call was steady, prompt, and terrific. Melissa Morales was our loan processor and helped us close the loan and overcame some obstacles. I just finished refinancing my home and three rental properties with Archie and Brianna at Equinox. They are absolutely amazing! They give 1000% for their clients. Other mortgage brokers told me it would take three months to refinance. Equinox finished it in one month. The first time I called Equinox Archie spent over an hour on the phone with me going over the particulars of my situation with my house and my rentals. Throughout the refinancing process, he was there for us 24/7. When it came down to crunch time at the very end, he dropped everything to focus on our refinance so that we could close on a Friday at 5pm.
