    Had to perform a lot of the leg work for house closing on our own. Contact bank for loan payoff even though they had all the information. Spent multiple hours tracking down title for home when they actually had the title all along. They sent our overage regular mail without a tracking number and it was delivered to the incorrect address. Thankful for honest neighbors who delivered the envelope to us. Overall bad experience. Advice...choose a different title agency.

    Worst possible service . If you absolutely want to be disappointed use this company. Sold 1 property. Bought 1 property in skanee mi Realtor used this company. I will use different realtor if She insists on this company again Jeff

    Thorough...people, if your buying in the Upper peninsula, it's going to take a bit longer, due to lack of internet across the bridge ! They need to physically travel for the research. Had a sick parrot when I stopped. They hastened to get me going again. The parrot is fine now. Thanks folks !!
