The majority of our interactions were fantastic and helpful. The staff is very friendly. The problem happened at the end. We were transferring funds on a Friday and had a tight schedule so we could receive funds and then send them out to purchase our new home. We asked for a phone call as the transfer STARTED, so we could get to the bank and start the next transfer as soon as it went through. An hour after we requested that phone call, the transfer started and finished. We called back at 3pm, and were told they forgot. The banks don't do transfers after 2. As a result, several contingencies were delayed for the weekend and we were homeless for the weekend.

As a Realtor, it is important to me to have quality service, and I always get it at Trans County Title. They ALWAYS answer the phone, and if my escrow officer is not available, she always returns my calls and emails promptly., or any other officer will answer my questions if they can.
