HORRIBLE customer service!!! Went in today to check on some things, guy working the counter was rude, unhelpful, and had a horrible attitude. Even asking to speak to someone higher up, he still followed around with a snarky attitude and was majorly lacking customer service skills. Been a customer here for years, and I will not be back again due to this experience. It's one thing to get bad news at a business, it's another to be disrespectful during the transaction. If your looking for good service, I would highly suggest going somewhere else. It's too bad too, the owner is a nice guy, but clearly has hired very bad staff.

Been coming here for a little while now. Always helpful and friendly. Fair deals and amazing people. Always fun to go in and chat with the guys who are very knowledgeable. And if they don't know something they look it up right then and there. Had one or two small issues. But overall there is a reason I keep doing business with them. Guys at the trading post if y'all are seeing this, keep it up.

Beware!!! The young men in this pawn shop are very rude and disrespectful. Have pawned items n cases, such as a laptop in a case or a gun in a case etc. They will try to keep your accessories or cases etc. they will state that the case or accessory was not listed on the paper work as if the customer has the power to write up what items they receive. Whatever wasn’t listed on the slip they steal. I have had this done 2 times. The owner won’t do nothing about it! Nice guys but when they are wrong they get very aggressive, especially when they short you money from change coming back from pickup and then stating they can’t print the receipt to show how much change is owed. Come on fellas we can do better than that! Customer service!

There is a young man working at the Trading Post by the name of Keeton, but says his name is Tyler, this person was extremely rude, unhelpful and also shows ZERO compassion for people going through a hard time. My daughter and I came in to pawn a ring in order to get enough money for gas to get to Portland to visit my older daughter who had just had brain surgery. Not only did he offer an insulting amount of money, but he then decided to toss my ring back at me and make the comment that I was quiet, because I did not know the routine with pawning jewelry... I am still fairly new to this experience. In NO way were we rude.. He then implied that I was illiterate for not understanding HIS lack of information given. I was NOT impressed by his behavior. Told me if I had been nicer he could have given me more money..? First of all, it is all too obvious you do not like your job.. Excuse me for coming in today.. I will take my business elsewhere. I did not appreciate YOUR surly attitude. Your customer service is atrocious. I suggest you learn how to read people and their situations better. So as not to come across as arrogant. As another employee had pointed out, who was actually helpful unlike you.. The Owner is out on vacation right now. That may be, but I doubt he will be pleased to read such an outstandingly negative review on account of you. I find it interesting that I can have such a positive experience with someone else, but with you it was so negative. Perhaps it isnt the customer...its you. For the owner of this establishment.. Get better employees for your shop! Business is sure to improve with the release of a few lazy employees.

So helpful in valuing my items and gave very fair price after showing me similar items selling on various sites. Fun to talk to and never pushy. Just genuine good guy. Knows his stuff

I always have a great experience with the Trading Post! The owner is very helpful, nice and respectful of me every time I have gone there. The read of the staff are great too, I don't have a lot of experience with pawn or buy/sell shops, but I am glad to have this shop as my first choice! He has helped me help my family. Very nice man!

Terrible customer service the guy was swearing at my mother and I because he sold a garbage bicycle and wouldn't return it. Told my mom all it needed was a chain ....after purchasing at the trading Post the bike spent 2 weeks in bike shops and found out the bike actually needed a front and rear derailleur new shifters and a new front shock Tommy's bike shop in Mcmcinnville said it's not worth putting any money into this bike. Then we proceeded to try and work something out with the trading Post but they were absolutely rude and non cooperative... I will honestly never do business with them or refer any business their way... There is no reason to swear or threaten or insult customers who wanted to simply resolve a situation.

Mike and his team there are hands down good people! Friendly, informative and honest! I’ll never go anywhere else for the services I needed!

Great place great guys working there. Kept our items for a couple extra days tI'll we got paid. And fair prices compared to a lot of pawn shops I have been to. And they treat their repeat pawners even better once you establish a relationship.

I went in to pick up a bow today and the guy was just arrogant and rude. When the place first opened up i think i was in there the second day of being open and there was only one guy and he was awesome and we chatted about guns for awhile and I have recommended this pawn shop to many people and this 20 something kid messed up the whole image i had of the place. I wont be coming back and definitely wont recommend it to anyone.
