This business is GREAT and I recommend everyone to stop by and check it out. The owner is amazing, honest, and respectful to anyone who walks in the doors. The negativity on here is clearly people jealous, traders corner is the best pawn shop murphy nc has ever had. All you haters can kick rocks...your just mad your stuff wasn't worth a penny! Christine hall & Chelsea are wonderful people and treat everyone fair!

I have been in twice and was met with courteous, friendly ladies...felt at ease and welcome ..

On June 26, 2019 my son and I purchased a Gibson guitar from this pawnshop. It was advertised as a Gibson Les Paul. I was traveling through the area and happen to run across this pawn shop. Once I came home I found out that the Gibson guitar is a counterfeit/reproduction made in China. I’ve paid good price for it that would be equivalent to purchasing a used model of the real thing. I felt like that the owner was deceitful. She told me that she had a checked over by two Other guitar shops. Very disappointed and I will be contacting the sheriffs department and the Better Business Bureau also. I have left two messages and no return phone calls.

Brought some baseball cards in on a Friday said they needed time to look through them had told them I knew what cards and how many I had said they would call me at the end of the day to pick them up so they could give me a price well I just picked them up today on the Tuesday after wanted to give me $30 for almost 30,000 cards when I came back to the truck a quarter of the card were missing

Very crooked owners. Tried to tell me a Morgan silver dollar that I purchased from the US Treasury dept was counterfeit. Very lame attempt to get something for nothing. Definitely dont do business with these clowns.

Called to ask about a guitar to purchase and was treated very rudely by the young lady that answered the phone. Instead of putting me on hold she rudely states she has people stating there so she doesn't have time to answer my question. Needless to say I will be buying a guitar else where. FOLLOW UP. FOUND ME A GREAT YAMAHA GUITAR AT THE MUSIC STORE ON HWY 129/BLAIRSVILLE HWY. I RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE NEEDING AN INSTRUMENT. THE LADY TREATED ME LIKE A PERSON AND WAS GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

sorry sorry shysters. if I was riding by at 80 miles an hour to be at the birth of my first child and a penny fell out the back of my truck and rolled in their parking lot I would spend every minute and dollar I had till my dying day to get back there just to pick that penny so this sorry business couldn't get a cent for me.
