It was the beginning of the year, dead winter when the market is typically moving slow in the mountains just like grandmas bottle of sorghum syrup fresh out of cold storage. I wondered about listing my tiny home and farm in NC to see what sort of prospects I’d get. A phone call to the Poltrock Team informed me that I might be able to sell my property for more than I hoped. I met with John Poltrock and Kaitlynn Pope and thought these two were probably former models who were just the pretty face of the firm. Turns out they actually know their stuff. Kaitlynn brought me a full price offer in just a matter of 4 days! I hadn’t even found a place to live yet, I thought I’d end up living in the van down by the river because the buyer wanted to close in just 2 weeks!
