Who ever bought the is place out forgot about customer service. The guy in there with the beard is incredibly rude that after he ignores customers standing there.

I came here to buy my first firearm during the rough "social and health" climate that was bringing out the worst in people. I was nervous doing so but the head guy, Travis, was very polite and knowledgeable about weapons and ammo. I was very happy with my first purchase as well as my second firearm purchase a month later. Travis also gave me helpful advice and didn't scam me when he warned me on an old revolver I was asking about. I would seriously suggest this place to anyone who wants to buy a firearm. I will warn people though that if they see something they like buy it immediately cause one time I came here looking for the lawn mower and tool set I liked a few days ago disappeared. Also for anyone buying firearms, the messy "climate" lately is making people buy up guns quick so hurry!

Excellent staff. The employees at this store have a serving attitude. They have everything from A to Z for sale. An excellent display of firearms, electronics & musical instruments. I was really impressed with the large amount of firearms but the most important part of this review is how well customers were treated. Great pawn shop.

David helped us out tremendously he is a really great employee I came in trying to get a tv but didn’t have enough for the one I wanted he definitely worked with me on the price and I got the tv I came looking for. I highly recommend this place for a place of business great guys.

Great gun selection! Prices were all very reasonably priced, even after doing research I got the best deals here! The employees were extremely respectful and answered every question without getting annoyed!! I recommend anyone who's looking for a substantial deal and phenomenal service to stop by Trader Jims!! 10/10 stars!

Jose and Janae were the most helpful in my search for a tv. He even went above and beyond and supplied the best customer service experience I’ve seen this year. Janae wipes down the tv and made sure it worked. I am just overwhelmed by their customer service.

Update to below review. Needed a budget microphone stand for home recording studio. I checked 4 pawn shops next to my home. Nobody had a microphone stand! Trader Jim's was a bit of a drive from my home, but it was definitely worth it. Jose' gave me my pick of 5 different stands and gave me a great price. --------Previous Review------------ I have driven by this pawn shop hundreds of times. Today, I was seeking a used shotgun & stopped in. WOW!! ***The curb appeal of this pawn shop is not great. Walk inside & you will be shocked how clean and well organized this shop is. They make use of every inch of this store. They have a large collection of new & used firearms. ***The rifles, handguns & shotguns are clearly displayed with brand, caliber & price for all to see.*** This has always been a pet peeve of mine. ***Good collection of musical instruments also. I found the manager (Travis) to be respectful, professional & very knowledgeable. Not much to dislike here. Even the pricing is good & competitive. Anyway, my experience was awesome. I am not associated with this store in anyway other than a 1 time customer.

The staff here is amazing! They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, even though I had no idea what I was looking for at first. Their prices were also extremely reasonable. We will definitely be back!

I give them no stars I bought a $1,000 ring from them and the diamond fell out the very next weekAnd they did not help fix it they charge me another $300I will never spendI will never spend moneyI will never spend money with them again and I suggest you do not buy from them also

Went to this pawn shop to buy an expensive ring they don't tell you there is no warranty on it you must be paying attention and look at your receipt they explain everything else to you thoroughly but they don't mention no warranty they don't care about the customers and obviously from reading the reviews online they don't care about their reviews neither do not shop here

Jose had great customer service and really knew his guns. He helped me and my husband pick out the best gun for the both of us and made sure it would be safe for us to have at home with our kids.

Went there with my second wedding set of rings which weighed about 6 grams of 10k gold. Travis hooked me up real nice with a fair offer. Been doing business with them for a while and plan on continuing.

I have a rare guitar. Other pawn shops in the past didn't want to take the time to research my guitar to determine it's value. These guys took the time and found out that yes, it is a $2000 guitar (that's the used price) and not shrug me off like I'm trying to pull some silly scam. Now every time I go back to get another loan, I'm in and out in a few minutes. They're always cool and they don't follow you around the store like a used car salesman! I've also bought from them and they gave me a great deal on a guitar amp... it was in good condition and still works to this day. What's not to like? I don't live next to them anymore, but I still drive halfway across town to go to them. My old lady sometimes goes to a pawn shop close to the house and there's always some kind of issue, maybe she'll decide it's not worth the hassle and drive to Trader Jim's... honestly!

Went in this week, had a shotgun to sell. They offered a very fair price, and made me a good deal on a rifle I wanted after the deal was made. Will absolutely do business with them in the future.
