Prior to Sunbelt Pawn and Jewelry, this pawn shop was called, Polly Pawn. Everytime Preacher W went to this pawn shop Preacher W was respected, welcomed and treated as not just a valued customer but over time Preacher W became a member of the family. Even through the transition of management and ownership over more than a decade of dedicated business relations, one man who worked there remained from its original crew. This man was fired today based on different philosophical views and another minor discrepancy which would have been dilligently resolved given his undisputed candor. This man was and is still a gentleman, one of fairness and truth, above all to anyone with whom he dealt business with. Having caught wind of this, We will no longer be doing business with this store.

The store is extremely clean and cool. Fast service, great products, and a wonderful assortment. Went when I needed a short term loan and they helped me out with a great deal. Will absolutely be back.

Drove from Northside fort worth here (10 mile drive) because supposedly it's the top rated pawn shop in fort worth. They were offering us $50 for my gently used $250 milwaukee cordless circular saw and milwaukee $120 impact Less than 15% (that's about 1/7) of retail value when they sell their items at 50-60% of retail pricing. The manager co.olained that it was a used item. No s#!t Einstein. He also explained that I wasn't including the charger and batteries. The price I bought them for is TOOL ONLY pricing. Now I understand why pawnshops don't sell online anymore. Ppl would catch up on how big a ripoff they are. If we could simply look up what they're offering on items before we pawn them they wouldn't have such a great advantage over us. The manager just gave a price out of ignorance and either doesn't. Have the knowledge or a system implemented when determining customers selling value. Or, he just doesn't have a problem ripping ppl off.
