My wife and I are in our 70s but have only bought 2 properties and sold none! We did not know exactly what to expect but with the way the world is going we anticipated a hassle. The Executive Closer, Victoria Juran, was incredibly helpful. We had a complicated sale, with delays from this and that. She smoothed it out for us. Several times we had to reschedule closing. She served everything up so all we had to do was quickly sign necessary documents, with a click of the mouse. She was very friendly and personable. I give my highest commendations.

Trademark Title made our closing go so smoothly, it was almost a non-event. They were very accommodating; rescheduling our closing to an earlier time when a spot became open (at our request), sending me the documents the day before so I could save time at closing by reviewing them early (also my request) and helping me deal with a potential bank wire transfer issue. They even helped us with the closing of our home back by notarizing the 4 documents our attorney sent us, even though it wasn't part of the closing service they were providing that day. Patient, accommodating & thorough. I would use them again.
