From the start of my loan until my pay off, they were always helpful and professional. I never had trouble contacting the or paying. Even when I got covid and needed a couple more days to pay, they were understanding and patient and gave me those extra days with no problem. If you are trying to rebuild your credit, they are very helpful and kind.

I don't really have an issue with this company. I pay my bill on time every time. My only concern is when I go to search for my payment history it only shows me the most current 2 payments. I feel like my balance should be lower. Being able to see my entire payment history would allow me to see how much I've paid and put my mind at ease. Guess I can go through my bank statements but I would still like to be able to track it on their site. It gives the option to change the dates to view payment history but no matter what it only shows the past 2 months.

When I bought my truck tracir was the best option to go with after having a few bumps in the past. during the term of my loan anytime I called into tracir I always got an answer and everyone was polite and respectful even when I called and got my early pay off quote. I would reccommend this bank to anyone!

This company gave me a chance to a line of credit when others would not. I am almost at the end of my term and I can say that my journey with their customer service has been nothing but remarkable. I like the text alerts with links to the payment portal or their phone number if you need to call them. You can even respond to the text alert and a live rep responds. I would gladly continue doing business with them.

Michelle and Ben are two of the All-Stars this company they were awesome and a pleasure to work with for the last 4 years.

It's very understanding company I've been down with covid 19 Is one able to make a payment because of not being able to work For a couple weeks they're very understanding they help me throw it and I didn't try to repossess my Vehicle Is very good customer service every time they call to remind me that my payment is due in a couple days I will send anyone through them to finance or vehicle best company ever

Got a truck through tracir 2 yrs ago, have made all my payments with no problems, am currently 33 days behind from the 1st missed payment, I have already paid 9300 on this truck and have less than 4000 left. I tried to explain to them that both my kids have had covid in the last month and my hrs were cut due to a semiconductor chip shortage and get them to defer one more month. They refused to work with me on the 30 more days. I would personally think that 9300 is a decent attempt of good faith!! I would never recommend this company to anyone. You offered one alternative which was to come up with money that day! You wanted me to come up with money the same day I asked for a 30 day deferment and told me you were taking the truck the same day, so I left work early. But you took it the next day .. What an option!

I have finally paid off my car. The feeling is fantastic. But this company has been great the entire duration of my loan. Unfortunately when I purchased my car my credit was not very good and this bank took a chance on me and I couldn't be more grateful for them to understand that people do deserve a second chance. I have had some bumps in the road especially during covid and they were gracious enough to work with me. I've seen some other reviews on here saying horrible things about this bank. But I wholeheartedly disagree with them. They work with you so long as you keep your agreement with them and some banks do not even care. This bank cares. I want to thank this Bank for giving me that second chance to prove myself. And I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a loan.

I have been with TRACIR financial for about a year now. They have been nothing shy of great to deal with. Their customer service has always been top-notch. I highly recommend them to anybody and would recommend them to a friend or family member!

I told them that I was unemployed for a while and will be 1 payment behind until payoff with 8 payments left. I have 4 payments left. I was called this morning and tols I am tired of playing your games, over me being 3 days behind on sending them payment. Andrew is extremely unprofessional and threatened me with repossession with 4 payments left. Some of them are not understanding and get off on a power trip. I gave the car to a family memeber because I bought a 2016 cherokee CASH! But some of these individuals are truly the worst of the worst!!

*UPDATE* I just paid my car off and it was all thanks to Tracir working with me in difficult times. Thank you Tracir Financial for everything you did for my family and I, you are very much appreciated! I want to start off saying that even if you are scared to contact Tracir because you are behind on payments or might be late with a payment, please communicate with Tracir because they can't help you if you don't contact them. You also need to be upfront and honest with them about whatever your issue is so they can try and work something out with you. The person that I spoke to was VERY patient with me (Thank God) and understood that I was nervous because I was behind, however she was able to work something out with me and I am so blessed because of it. I was so scared to contact them based off of some of the bad reviews on Google however, please don't go by those bad reviews because I am proof that Tracir wants to work with you but you must communicate effectively and honestly for them to do so. My whole family is thankful for Tracir and their understanding and professional business practices.

Someone from this company was stalking and creepily talking to people from my church. I have no idea about the situation, but I just find it extremely concerning that they are just hanging around a church like a bounty hunter. Something fishy is going on and I'll figure it out eventually. But that behavior was extremely strange and similar to a stalker like. Not giving my future business to this company.

I’ve been working with Tracir since 2016. They have always been so good to me. Such kind people who care. But today it’s making me rethink my entire experience. I spoke with Kyle today to get my loan number since I had misplaced it and my payment was past due! I had been in the hospital and so I called to get caught up and I had saw that they have been reaching out to me to follow up. Kyle, was the most disrespectful, unkind person I had ever talked to :( Literally was like talking to an abusive ex boyfriend freaking out at me for not returning phone calls and calling me irresponsible. Even though I had no access to my phone due to being in an impatient psychiatric facility. I felt the need to leave this review simply because i am really disappointed. I now will refuse to talk to anyone besides Ben or Michelle. I highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

This company takes so much interest. that you pay for the vehicle twice. So once they loan you this company wants 200 dollars a month for the rest of your life. I wouldn't deal with them if Someone gave me the money to do so. They are awful, rude, poor, in service and very unprofessional basically the way I see it they are cracked crooks. It was along time ago and they keep hitting me up for more interest and they received there payoff from my insurance company they are crooks, tuin your credit, take your hard earn money for interest

Some of the people that work here are nice. They require way to much information for buying a car tho. Thought for sure they were going to ask for my first born son. Also they have a poor website, It is incredibly terrible and not helpful at all.
