Not only she was able to save me a lot of money but she also made, what usually is a stressful process, a very easy and pleasant experience. I didn't make it easy on her as I was traveling overseas during the refinance process, non of us had dealt with this in the past, but Tracey did her research and leverage her connection, to find out exactly how to make it happened while overseas to make sure we lock down the rate and save me a bunch of money! Since then I had no issue recommending Tracey to friends that have used her services and have been very pleased with the savings.
