    As my first experience in buying a car everything went great. Toyota of San Bernardino makes it easy and quick. Everyone is professional and very nice. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to buy a car new or used. The building is very nice inside and out. My sales person Joel was very helpful and kind. It was a very pleasant to be there.     Today's maintenance visit was my first ever at Toyota of San Bernardino, and just off this visit alone, I plan to continue my maintenance for my vehicle here at this dealership. Frank Morales was my service consultant and he was very professional and very welcoming. He explained everything to me thoroughly and made sure I understood everything that was being done to my vehicle. He is a very genuine and kind person who you can tell sincerely cares about his customers. He's not just in it for the money. Thanks to his professionalism and excellent customer service, I will continue to return for all my vehicle maintenance.

    On June 3rd I visited Toyota in hopes to get a Tacoma and I was not disappointed. Tito did an amazing job as my sales person to get me the best price despite having poor credit. The financial team did not disappoint either! Carlos was very professional and attentive. If either person was busy, another associate was there to fill in and continue the process so I was never in the dark. I appreciate everyone at Toyota. Very professional and amazing team!

    I took my 2019 Lexus Es350 (basically a luxury version of Camry) to Toyota SB for oil change and tire rotation, I saw the service coupon ad on their website for Toyota vehicles. They did tell me over the phone because it wasn't a toyota, I would have a different price. However since it was towards the later of the day, Toyota of SB had the accommodating times compare to other locations. I gave them a try. Benny was my service advisor, He wrote me up for oil change and tire rotation. Waited for an hour and got everything done. No issue, Service was good, Their late service hours are excellent.     I had the best experience. I was looking for something family friendly and not too expensive. Joseph came and approach my husband and I and immediately offered to help. We had our daughter and it’s kind of hard with a 2 month old but he took his time with us, showed me over 15 cars in my price range but I was not happy. Finally, he offered a new car the 2022 Toyota hybrid and OMG I feel in love with it. Normally, people who works at the dealerships try to show you the most expensive one right from the beginning but he took his time with us, let me feed my baby, and didn’t make me feel like I was rushed. I would definitely recommend JOSEPH 1000000 percent. Thank you Joseph and the team. Manny and Jun are awesome as well, this is the only dealership I will only go to 💓.

    This place makes car buying so easy! The market has been a mess with major new vehicle shortages across the state. Thankfully I was able to work with Wendy and Omar who found me the car I wanted and kept me regularly updated with my vehicles ETA. I was able to do most of my paperwork in advance which made things so much easier. Once my car was at the dealership I was able to stop by and sign some paperwork with Jun before I was on my way!! Quick, easy, and efficient… because who wants to spend all day at a car dealership!!? Thanks Wendy, Omar and Jun!

    I took my car in for the 25k service and was very pleased with everything. Todd was my advisor and he was very thorough through the whole process. He let me know what the vehicle needed and explained what was done in detail. He also made sure the vehicle was completed in the time he told me it would be. Great experience!

    My salesman was Johnny and he was awesome, he was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and he helped me get into a car that was above my price range for a payment I was comfortable with! Very low pressure and almost no haggling. Also the finance team was quick and very professional. Overall awesome team there.

    Frank Moralas... The best! I came in because I was worried about a noise I heard on my 4runner and he ran all the tests. Just be sure, he told me to test drive the car with the tech! He made sure I felt comfortable in my car again. They really care and it shows. Thanks guys! This is by far the the most thoughtful service dept. I cannot ask or hope for more.

    I have always gone to the dealership that I originally purchased my vehicle from to get all my maintenance done and their service has been ok because that was the only service I knew and had nothing else to compare it to. My car was overheating and I had no idea why, turns out my water pump was dead. I had no choice but to bring it to Toyota of San Bernardino because it was closer to home and I didn’t want to risk any further damage to my car. I’m so glad I brought it here! I was able to bring it in without an appointment. My appointed Service Manager was Frank M. he was beyond helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. I had to leave my vehicle overnight because the parts it needed weren’t available which I was ok with. When it came time to pick up my car I wasn’t able to get a ride till later on in the day. Frank made accommodations for me and girls to be picked up. I am beyond grateful for the service I received from Toyota and Frank! Toyota of San Bernardino will definitely be my go to for any future maintenance and repairs! Thank You Frank for your amazing customer service

    Went in at the end of the day yesterday for basic service after several phone calls from this place to come in went ignored. Then I get this invoice for things "they noticed." Of these items the biggest item I knew could well be the rear main seal or a valve cover. For this kind of estimate I would think a detailed explanation would be given at least verbally of what exactly they're doing instead of oh here's $6500 worth of stuff call tomorrow to set up an appointment. What I'll do is invest money elsewhere for a second opinion. Won't be going back ever.

    I have warranty for my seats in case they get stained. They took care of it without me having to file a claim! Frank took really good care of it and they even removed a scratch from an accident! Really amazing service. It took me a couple tries to get the right info from the right person, but I'm glad it was taken care of!

    Maximo our sales person was great. The biggest problem was the long process of doing the paper work. Almost two hours and a lot of sitting around waiting for insurance verification and waiting to finalize the paper work. JR our financial person was easy to work with and made the process bearable. Just don’t expect to get any deals right now with the vehicle shortage. They are not very flexible right now but we were able to work the deal with only minor heartburn.

    Sales manager Danny and sales representative Joel we’re both extremely helpful and really navigated me through a complicated process. I bought the car for my son Brandon who had caught Covid. And picked it up and brought it home. It’s not your usual kind of purchase. But Danny and Jo walked me through it and repeated information that I just wasn’t getting. These guys are good.

    We took my girlfriends Rav4 in for its first schedule service recently and brought up an issue we had with the car to our Service Rep. Frank Morales, that our Sales Rep. refused to deal with. Fank didn't have to go out of his way to find a solution but he surprised us by going to his manager and fixing the problem. He scheduled a appointment for us for the following week and fixed her car. Now that's what I call service!!!!!

    All these five star reviews are fake be aware. This has to be one of the worst Toyota dealerships I’ve ever been to I understand there is not that many cars being manufactured right now but don’t rip off people with mark ups just sell the car for MSRP. The rudest sales team and MG They straight up said they were wait for someone down to pay the market prices. If you are in the market looking for a car take your time and look for a good dealership.

    I called to schedule an appt to have an oil change for my 2022 4Runner! I had a very unpleasant experience as they took an extremely unreasonable amount of time to do the service. As stated I arrived at 11:30AM for a SCHEDULED maintenance appt and at 2:15PM my vehicle was still not ready. They have waisted about 3 or more hours of my time. My vehicle was promised to be ready at 1:45PM and still nothing. I’ll update in a day when I am actually am able to leave in my vehicle. I will be taking my business elsewhere to Ontario!!

    Our sales person Brianna was excellent.. We wanted to purchase a Rav 4 hybrid and she explain the current shortage. She took us through one on the lot waiting to be picked up We gave her a deposit and patiently waited. She either called us or sent us a text advising the disposition of our vehicle. She was great as was Totota of San Bernardino.

    Made prearranged deal for a price in March, the person I spoke to was not present. I flew in from Colorado and had to wait. The associates knowing I would mainly drive the car in Colorado talked me into registering the car in California, since I was in a rush and already behind schedule due to the salesperson not being there on time, I registered the vehicle in California. Now I am back in Colorado and had to pay to register the car here locally (so money wasted). Other than that everyone was pretty nice. I would suggest those who are purchasing vehicles across state to ensure they register vehicle to their local state. (It is possible, confirmed with my local dmv).

    Really surprised this place has ratings as high as it does. Maybe something happened to quality of service after the relocation? Was not acknowledged at all, front desk (once I finally found the entrance, no thanks to the handful of salesmen standing outside) continued having a conversation while I was mid-sentence asking for the individual I had an appointment with, was then handed off to a salesperson who didn't even know where the vehicle was so basically he was sent to babysit me while we went and walked the entire lot only for him to mumble his way through any conversation I tried to make to ease the awkwardness. Had to circle back since he didn't know anything about anything. Then had the person who I had the appointment with finally come out only for him to walk me to the car to show me someone else taking the car I came in on for delivery, they had already done the paperwork on it. Then why book the appointment for me on the same car? I was courteous of their time, but it was painfully clear my time didn't matter to them in the slightest. Felt very belittled.

    I tried to reach out about a vehicle. I had to email and text multiple times to get someone to respond to me. When I called and let them know about my situation and not being able to have consistent communication with anyone they were extremely rude. I was really polite over the phone, just trying to explain what had happened over the course of the day. The woman on the phone just cut me off and said "Well I am on the phone now so what do you need?". I asked her why something was non-negotiable and she would not take the time to explain. I asked her if she could give me an out the door price, she said no. I let her know other dealerships I had spoken to were able to do that for me, so I would go ahead and speak with someone else. She replied, "okay, byeeee!"

    I arrived at Toyota of San Bernardino and first impression is goal one. I was totally taken by the atmosphere, the visual calm and order. Notified Tech upon arrival of the Service Advisor I had appointment with, Sarah came out(less than 5min) to her station, all discussed, I was Uber’d to my home til work completed. Thereafter Uber’d back to pick up my car. All, “all” information needed concerning my car, what was done was verbalized as well as in printed form. I was escorted to the Cashier and Boom! Shakalaka!! Done, purchased a beverage, my car was at exit curb(whole area, covered) and home bound. It was the most pleasant “car care” involvement I’ve experienced in quite a while! The Service Advisor knew exactly what was needed, how and by whom it would be accomplished. 100%! My car care home is established!

    It has been the worst experience, I had a car accident and needed a car, my family and I have bought 12 cars from this dealer that is why I came back to get a car from the same dealer. The first representative My husband and I talked to was Max Vilarino, he was rude and was only more interested in selling and was not willing to show me options on the internet, considering that there is not much available there. I left and decided to come back the next day, I was able to talk to William Hernandez and he was nice and caring. William showed sympathy of the situation I was going through and made my husband and I feel comfortable. William was able to give me a deal, but there was a manager named I belive Jesus, that changed the deal amout and increased it by two thousand dollars more, I explained to him that we already had a deal and he said there was no record of that and needed to investigate. Then the sales representative that was there said that we already had a deal, Jesus was upset and walked away and left my husband and I at the table waiting for a long time. Jesus then came back and asked if we wanted the car, my husband asked if they could please remove the alarm, they refused to do so. Jesus asked if we we were going to buy the car and made it clear that he was not able to help us in any other way. I explained to him that my family and I have bought 12 cars from there and that he could find us in the system, I was trying to let him know that as a customer I would try to get a good deal specially if we are paying cash. Jesus said that it doesn't matter if we pay cash because they get the money anyways. I told him I would pay in cash because I didn't want them to run my credit and he said it was ok and that they didn't need to run my credit if I pay cash. They runned my credit even though I paid cash and the representative Max wad laughing and being sarcastic about it. To make it short we finally go to sign documents and I let Carlos Jimenez know about the situation and he decides to bring Jairo, he asked me about what happened and he only said "If you are not a happy customer, we prefer to not sale you the car". I just couldn't believe what he had just said and I told him that I couldn't believe that after me letting him know the situation, he would just tell me that he prefer me not buying the car. Carlos Jimenez told my husband and I that he couldn't understand why they treated us like that if we were nice people. Please treat others with respect 🙏

    Exellent customer service from Frank Morales! The charging port lid on my Prius got stuck and wouldn’t open or close completely. The instructions in the manual are rather complicated, but Frank was able to release the latch in a few minutes. Then he took the time to explain to me how to do it myself. He is very professional and has excellent customer service skills. He even speaks Spanish perfectly (which helped me understand his instructions better). Im very happy with the service!

Yes, I paid more than I wanted to for my car but they gave me what I asked for in trade-in unlike other dealerships I have dealt with and I could not be more happy with my Highlander. In trail mode it handled flawlessly during a winter storm in Big Bear with several inches of new snow. While everyone else was putting chains on I was driving in comfort with ease. The staff at San Bernardino Toyota will take care of you. Highly recommend over other dealerships.

    Great service , I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying a car . I went to a few other dealerships and they just directed me to wait for inventory or they’ll notify me when cars came in. I met Rafael and he was so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about what I was looking for .     Buying a car from Toyota San Bernardino was a very easy process. I looked for Toyota Tundras on every Toyota dealership website in the Los Ángeles area. I sent an inquiry to San Bernardino Toyota and Nabeel Ahmed called me. We chatted a few times and he followed up with me to see if I had purchased my Tundra. When I explained to him that I couldn’t find one with all the equipment I wanted, he sent me information on a Tundra that had everything I wanted. A few days later I put down my deposit and within 10 days my Tundra arrived at the dealership. At the dealership everyone was pleasant and signing the documents took less than 1 hour to complete, and I was on my way home with my 2022 Toyota Tundra 1794. Great service, great people and great dealership!

    $1000 for labor on $65 part chewed by rodents. Couldn’t be moving my truck around as it was definitely safe to do so but dam I don’t think we will be coming here at all again. I think they’re the real rodents chewing peoples money like that.

To do this it takes 5 and half hours I show on work order. I realize the part is not that expensive but it does take a lot to remove and replace. If we can answer any questions, please let us know.

    I had the most fantastic experience with Todd Hansen today. I called in to set an appointment with them a few days ago, but decided to come much earlier than the scheduled time. Todd was very professional and efficient. He didn't ask me to wait until the scheduled time, and took good care of me and my car. I was only there for under 2 hours, he contacted me right away and I was all set. I'm not very knowledgeable with cars, so I really appreciated it when he was able to answer my questions very clearly, and he even gave me advice on how to go about any potential issues my car could experience over time. There is a Toyota service center closer to where I live, but I always make sure to come to this branch in San Bernardino and look for Todd to take care of me.

    From the beginning the salesman wasn't forthcoming. I found the car on the internet. Called and spoke to staff at the Dealership. The car was in transit, so TSB said I could reserve the car. Went to the TSB and was introduced to Tuan. Tuan printed out the info sheet on the car and circled the MSRP value. I put a $1000.00 deposit on the car, which it was inferred the car was for sale at the MSRP. Three weeks later Tuan calls and reports that the car has arrived. I was so excited. I Went to TSB, started filling out the paper work, a credit check(ding). Then Tuan produces the cars loan docs where I discover almost $4500 with markups. When I brought this to his attention, Tuan said it is standard and that was informed. B/S. Still waiting for my deposit back. To be frank there's a lot of evasive tactics to confuse consumers into foolishly spending their hard earned money. Be careful here !

You may want to reach out to the credit card company and see what they say. Sometimes depending on card can take up to 30 days to appear. I spoke with Tuan and he stated you signed the receipt for refund and have copy? As I am sure he explained almost all of our vehicles do have addendums on them. The previous salesmen prior to Tuan should of explained this to you prior to you coming in and we will speak with him regarding the miscommunication. Again, we are sorry.

    I took my car in for my normal 45k services. I was made aware of the maintenance needs at a great time and was given the option to approve to get completed on the same day. Ivan and Frankie were very kind and helpful with checking me in and also getting me a shuttle to get back home. The shuttle driver was very safe and nice on the drive. The Sales person 'SOEMY' was really rude to me. She tried to make me change couple things to my car and I don't need. When I pick up my car she giving me rush. Also they don't have Car wash yet.     Got a 2018 pre owned with warranty in Nov 2020. Dash board lights are on. I’ve taken it in for over a year now to be told one thing after another. After the manufacture warranty ended they suddenly find the correct problem and want to charge me even though car has been taken while under warranty for same issue. They say I was offered discounts which is BS. They publicly announce what I say in a private message online. They place a excuse under my comment in a rude manner acting as if I don’t want my car fixed. This Toyota dealer is horrible. As I can see now very unprofessional. Your reply proves it! Avoid this Toyota dealer. The advisors were cool. Mainly Victor and Somey so shout out to them.

    Moroun, We are sorry that you have had issues with your 2018 Camry that you purchased on 11.1.2020 with 33,299 miles on the vehicle. I have reviewed all of your service history and see the first time you brought vehicle in for dashboard being lit up like a Christmas tree as you said was on 11.4.21. We then needed to order and replace your map sensor current mileage was 66,235. On 1.26.22 you came back in mileage at 70,696 for lights coming on dash again. Warranty did not deny your claim but asked for more specific diagnosis to be completed and you declined this. We also advised that you need to remove the sticker on front of vehicle since that is also causing issues with the sensor. Even looks like the service director offered to cover $510 of your bill and that left you with $200. You then declined this offer and stated you would be hiring a fraud attorney. At this time we have offered you numerous discounts on your Camry but you continue decline our offers. We have tried numerous times to further assist you with no avail. If you would like us to further diagnose the Camry, please reach out to us.

    I received a safety recall notice from Toyota and called to make an appointment. I asked how long they thought it would take so I could plan accordingly. They couldn't tell me. I showed up, signed in then was told it was going to be a 4.5 hour wait. When I mentioned rescheduling so I could have someone follow me back, I was told they could give a ride. Great!!! until I found out there's a 90-minute wait for the ride. I think they were more interested in doing the "extra" services on my car than the recall work because they would have no problem finding the time to perform those services. I have no interest in doing business with a place that has zero respect for my time!

    Horrible experience at this dealership. Everything was great until they get your money. After that, they could care less about anything. All of my paperwork was done completely wrong, I had to return for 2 hours to have it redone. When I tried to contact a manager about my concerns with the vehicle, he was "busy with a tent sale". Calls were never returned nor concerned acknowledged, as they were busy trying to fill there pockets. Check Yelp and you will see how they treat customers once they get your money. Multiple complaints. If you are in the market for a vehicle, please use a different Toyota dealership that cares about its customers.

    I took my car to get serviced Todd Hansen was there assisting me, he was very courteous and helpful with my questions I had. They were quick, I didn't have to wait long to leave my car or have it serviced. Todd went over the payment options they have there. They called and text me when my car was ready for pickup.

    On 06/01/2022 I got my vehicle serviced and had some air conditioning maintenance done and my service advisor William Cooper was a complete professional. He throughly explained everything that needed done and was in contact with me throughout. I had to leave my car overnight to finish the repairs and he went above and beyond and got a rental car for me. I highly recommend Will and Toyota of San Bernardino. They know to take care of their customers.

    Watch out for this dealer, I ask several times to see the total price, dock fees and all the details of how much I was paying and they never did. They play dumb for 4 hours till financial time. The worst experience ever, they will try every trick on the book to hype you up and get your mind out from the dealing part by asking you to be part of their percussion disc and they count on your emotions to do so. At the End I didn’t buy the car because the value was 35,000 with financial and everything was 65,000 on a used vehicle but they have the audacity to say and I quote Carlos “you have to pay that extra money if you want something“ as well as saying that the guy who try to do the sales was going to feel bad because I rejected all his work. So it means I was going to end up paying 30,000 more for Someones feelings, what about my wallet I say? and remember in the dealers you deal, don’t let pushy sales guys tell you how comfortable are you with this payment.

    We came to this dealer after looking at seven other dealers and different cars. We were treated respectfully by Miguel and Joel and they helped us out, answered all of our questions, and it was an upfront process.     The dealership was huge and had a small selection of cars to choose from with out the "chip shortage" mark up that all the other dealers were adding to their non-existant cars. The sales staff and the finance staff were great and really helpful. Even though no one is negotiating prices as it is traditionally, they all made me feel at home. GREAT JOB guys.

    Admiral green and charity and consumer relations is very disrespectful feel that they are a god don’t wanna complete the job for my car and telling me that now I cannot step flip on the premises out of dealership that I’m paying my money to monthly for my vehicle. They have me driving around with the ex marked on my bumper that they started the job on that was supposed to be replaced and now they’re filling and refused in to fix my bumper. I’ve dealt with continuous problems with this dealership and just was trying to be understanding respectful and not get corporation involved. Now since I got corporation involved in the matter they are refusing to service my vehicle any longer they Want to feel like god and try to make a point. I’ve never dealt with individuals with poor understanding as these two disrespectful people.

    Me and my father went to Toyota of San Bernardino looking for a Toyota Tacoma. We were greeted by Dolores who was a great help throughout the entire experience. Even in the face of the difficulty of finding a pick up truck in today's climate of inflation and scarcity she was able to give us a fair deal with decent interest.     We bought 2 cars from this Toyota branch... though we had a long drive to reach there but it was worth it... Max was the sales man who sold us the first car and we came in particular to him to buy the second one.. he deserves 7☆ for his treatment to the customers and his friendliness and transparency... we went before to other toyota branches, they just want to sell you a car without doing any effort to show you the cars, speak about the specs of the car ...Max answered all our questions and gave us the true differences between cars that made him trust worthy... I highly recommend this branch and dealing with this guy...

    we went in to buy in cash and they knew this up front yet it took so long to get paperwork done. I get them needing drivers lic, insurance but they actually did a complete financing paper and that's what took so long, when they brought it in and had us sign stuff they said it's not financing because your paying in cash but sign here, and here and here etc.. it was a complete finance paper but at the bottom had paid in full. (this is were in would start saying a few bad words ) then they tried to get us to do extended warranty. just sell me the car and here is my money and let me leave. i would have left car there for a week so check could clear. i hate car dealerships but i like my new car

    Received a recall alert for my new 2021 RAV4 so I took my car in to get it taken care of. A man named Ivan Arceo received my car, as maintenance was gonna take a while I decided to take the shuttle they offer to my house. Ivan never got back to me to pick up the car, he mentioned i could get shuttled back from my house but they never came. By the time I made it back in, no one in the service department was in so I have to go back tomorrow, I just wish they were more attentive to customers

    I came in for a scheduled service with an early appointment. There was no other cars and mine only needed a basic oil change. I dropped the car off expecting a call once the car was completed. My drop off at 8am was not “ready” until 2pm. The paperwork shows a completion time of 9:30am. I had to reach out and see if the vehicle was ready. I called at 12pm and 1pm only to hear that no one knew the status of the vehicle. I have never had such a poor experience at this dealership. Usually everyone is pleasant and professional, but the lack of communication means I wont return. Only after another attempt did a different person let me know that the vehicle was ready 6 hours after dropoff. I can not imagine paying for such poor service. They have more than they can manage after they moved to the new building. This was my fifth visit and first one receiving such poor customer service.

    Really good fast and easy service, pulled up and got help from Ivan at San Bernardino toyota. I traveled from Denver to Fontana for the week end and i was worried i wouldnt be able to get a fast service done on my truck. It only took 30 minutes and i was out the door. I will definately be coming back here again. Ivan was really informative and helpful.

    Marcos went up above and beyond the call of duty to get us into our new 4Runner. Even when the vehicle was not officially in their inventory but was in route to the dealership. He helped us reserve it and tried multiple time to get us the best APR possible. He was on top of his game and continues to reach out to us and see if there is anything he can help us with.     I don’t agree my new toyota Tacoma 2021 has to get more than 10,000 miles to get a oil change, if I have almost 2 years.

    Hi Daniel, I think you are referring to Toyota Care which is 2 years or 25k miles whichever comes first. This starts on first day of use. According to Toyota you bring the Tacoma in every 5k miles and at 10k miles increments is when you would have an oil change.
