The process was so smooth! Luis posted pictures of this Atlas Xsport on social media and it caught my attention right away. He was able to send me a full detailed video and right away I went in. I came here today stressed out because I was at the end of my lease. I was being told by the Riverside Volkswagen (original dealer I purchase my car from) that I was going to have trouble getting financed and that I would most likely have to turn in my car and owe them thousands of dollars on top of it. Came in today to look into making a Volkswagen purchase after searching for a car for months. I was hesitant to make a purchase after seeing the sticker price on the vehicle I wanted but even in todays crazy car market Edu and Julian were able to offer me a great deal on the car I wanted. All-around good guys. Back in March we were going to Vegas in a Altas rental when the "check tire pressure" light activated. Fortunately Car Pros was nearby, so we stopped in to see if they could troubleshoot. Met with Moe, who then got one of the mechanics to check it out and fix the problem. Next thing you know, we were on back on the I-215 with properly inflated tires and no warning lights. Thank you to Moe and the staff for treating me and my family like royalty during our brief stay, we truly appreciated it.

Fritz was very patient with us because we were not ready for a new car. Our 2004 vehicle was pretty old and falling apart, we had to get rid of it. He understood exactly what we needed: a reliable car with the price we could afford. Thanks Fritz!

I am beyond fed up with this location. I’ve had multiple problems from this dealership over the years, and the only reason I kept going back was because it is the closest to my home. It’s figuratively a tug of war dealing with the service desk. I had a valve cover gasket replacement done here last week, under warranty. This morning, driving with my 2 small children on the freeway, plumes of smoke started coming from the engine. When I stopped and opened my door, I could immediately smell diesel. If my car were a gasoline engine, I have no doubt it would have caught fire. I looked under the car and fuel was splashing to the ground. I had just filled up my tank the night previous, and my fuel gauge was already reading 3/4th of an 18 gallon tank. I called VW and left a message, a very urgent message, because they still hadn’t opened. I never received a call back. I tried calling a few hours later and no answer. I finally got to speak to the assistant service manager, who couldn’t explain why I didn’t get a call back. After explaining the situation, he said to “bring the car in”, as if I could drive it. I am left to front money for a tow for something a technician absentmindedly overlooked, which resulted in a very traumatic experience for my children. It’s astounding.

Luis car sales/Alex service dept. issues with AC on a car I bought from them that they were unable to fix and Luis got me into a new GLI, did I want to be out the extra money? not really but I am glad I did, and got a decent deal for the exchange.. Good people to deal with, they had to deal with me so thats a feat in itself ...LOL. Thanks for the help and I sure hope the AC works forever in this one.

On Friday July 1,22 while Traveling from Tucson to Chico CA about half way into the trip we had an EPC code. We saw the dealership from the freeway and drove up without an appointment . Mr Barragan in service looked at our car diagnosed the problem and had the parts to fix and got us back on the road in just a few hours. Five star service!! Thanks to all that helped out. Oh, called 3 other local VW dealers and asked for help all and 3 said a week from today.

Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional. Communication was not always the best. I had to call to check on the progress of my vehicle. Sometimes I couldn't reach anyone and had to leave a voicemail or message with the operator. Even after that someone getting back to me was quite tardy.

I was told that this facility recently got a new General Manager named Nabil. I am hoping that my horrible experience with this place thus far will change because of this. Going on "9"months now my car has been in service here, preventing me from going home to Georgia. All that I am told is that there is a back order on parts. I have literally been stuck in California this entire time. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I was offered a buyback offer under the "California Lemon Law", that was laughable. At this point I'm not sure If I should move forward with legal options or not. If anyone has any suggestions on what I should do I am open to them. I have continued to give VW the benefit of the doubt but I cannot wait another 9 months for my vehicle to be repaired. Yet, I was told by management here that this may very well be the case. I could go on for another 10 minutes about all of the other problems I have encountered dealing with this location but I have chosen to save that discussion for Nabil personally. I have left him a message and will be back to update you all on the outcome of my communication with him. Hopefully my next review is much better than this one. Blessings to all

I purchased my vehicle last Monday, the 2014 Passat TDI SE. First, Anthony from sales helped me a lot throughout the process. He is a great salesman as well as a great adviser. Unlike a typical salesman, he was trying to understand our needs and expectations before our purchase. I have to mention Mr. Mike, the General Sales Manager as well. He helped us big time and gave us the best price compared to the rest of the Inland Empire and LA counties. Since I have just purchased the car, I haven't taken it to the service yet. But if their service is as good as their sales team, I do not doubt they will take good care of us. Also, we would like to thank Franky from the finance department. He offered us exact needs but nothing else. I highly recommend Car Pros for those who want to purchase a clean car at a reasonable price. Thank you, guys.

Got an offer from Moe over the phone to sell them my lease but when I get to the dealership after more that 1 hour drive now Joseph says that the "market crashed" in a very ridiculous way like if they were making fun of me and he starts giving me a new offer way lower than the one Moe told me hours before over the phone. They just wasted my time.

Came in, immediately received a warm welcoming from a squared away gentleman named Fritz. Explained to him that I wanted to downgrade my vehicle so he right away got to work on my appraisal for the trade in. I received the numbers I liked so I looked around to see what I could find to purchase. They have 4-5 new vehicle in all of their lot so that was an issue. After not being able to find a vehicle on their lot, Fritz continued his great effort to try to find me a vehicle and found one at another dealership nearby. Once the vehicle was found the sales manager came to work on numbers, HERE is where the experience became uncomfortable and just flat out annoying. Their sales manager to being with was just sloppy looking and very unprofessional. Came at me all aggressive like I didn’t know what I was talking about, he needs to learn how to keep his composure and work on his customer service skills, badly. After I schooled the young man, and got the numbers I wanted, the vehicle was purchased. It couldn’t be done without the patience and hustle that Fritz presented so I appreciate it.

Something is not right with this place. Bought a brand new VW few years back. Traded in my old VW and applied some cash down. Got the keys gave them the title to my old car and drove off happy in my new VW. Then about 2 months or so later i get a letter from SD police stating that I got a parking ticket. I was like that's odd I wasn't even in SD at the time. Then I notice that it is for the car I traded in to Car Pros Volkswagen of San Bernardino. So I call them and tell them I don't even own the car I traded in that car to Car Pros Volkswagen of San Bernardino. now about 3 years letter im getting another letter from SDPD regarding the car i traded in at Car Pros Volkswagen of San Bernardino. It is at a tow yard impounded of and they are going to take ownership. TLDR Bought new car from Car Pros Volkswagen of San Bernardino Traded in old VW to Car Pros Volkswagen of San Bernardino Got Parking ticket in SD two months later got a notice of impoundment 3 years later

By far the best place I've ever gotten a car from! Moe was super kind and funny at that! He answered all my questions to the best he could. My credit wasn't the greatest and they were able to give me a 2019 Nissan with 1000 down. Mr. Fritz was also a hard working man who did just as much. He worked with my trade in and him and moe made it possible for me. So please go work with them!

This was probably the best experience we've had getting a car. We spoke on the phone to multiple dealerships and every salesperson seemed disinterested and not very helpful, except when we talked to Julian. He was able to answer all of our questions and help us out in every way. Once we got to the dealership, Alain and Julian met with us right away and they were great. Both very patient and friendly which made the experience very easy and stress free. They even stayed very late to ensure we got the car we wanted. Rocky was also great with getting through the paperwork quickly and answering all our questions. Alain has great customer service and was very knowledgeable with all the cars. Would definitely recommend this place over other VW dealerships!

If you are looking for a car, Car Pros of San Bernardino is definitely where you should go. I had the best experience I ever had buying a car from them. When we were looking to buy a car, my concern was dealing with a dishonest salesperson. I’ve been through the process before, and I have no patience for dishonest sales people. However, that is not what I experienced at Car Pros. It was the exact opposite. We worked with Jordan, a young and talented salesperson. He never tried to persuade or up-sale us into another vehicle. Instead, he was straight to the point, and helped us get the exact vehicle we wanted. Even the finance person, Rocky, did not try to manipulate the situation. He clearly explained our options and gave us a good rate. There weren’t any sales tricks. Jordan went far and above any salesman I’ve dealt with to make us happy. If you are looking for a car, I recommend that you go to Car Pros and ask for Jordan, work with Rocky, and Fritz. Fritz helped us when we went back to get our car coated. Great guy. All great guys.

My wife and I wanted to get something smaller than our current atlas. We went to Ontario Volkswagen first due to a specific model they had in stock (Tiguan R). When we sat down to talk numbers the sales rep, Alvaro Garcia, gave us one offer and didn’t care if we took it or left it. So we took our business to the car pros. These guys just simply cared. Jordan, our sales rep, met me at the door and was just honest and welcoming from the moment we shook hands. Rocky, our financial manager, picked up where Jordan left off and closed us out with an amazing deal. Even when I told him some of the extras were out of our price range he worked it so that they were, not to benefit themselves, they did it because this team genuinely cared that my family got the best bang for our buck. So I went over to this dealer to see how the interior looked on the Crossover Atlas and left with one in a little under four hours. Eder, his sales manager, and Yasser who doesn't even work the frontline sales or financing closed out my deal. I have never purchased a vehicle where they spent so much time explaining and re-explaining to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting. Being in sales myself, I wasn't the most agreeable, but they were more than patient and fair with me. It's hard not to share what an amazing deal I got, even in this tough climate for finding new cars. I've always admired the sleek look of Volkswagen, and I am really impressed that it transfers over to the dealership and the sales presentation. The facility is really inviting, new, clean..and everyone working talks to you. I've purchased in the IE before and the dealerships are not the friendliest much less do they have the appearance of anything upper scale or inviting. Extremely pleased to share a review and hope this encourages someone else to check them out. It's a small town feel in a big business. Happy hunting!

Definitely the worst place to buy a Car, employee committed fraud and management did nothing about it. They actually bough the car back with the condition that I would remove the first review about their dealer. Unfortunately I am entitled to my opinion and should leave this review in case someone else has gone thru a misleading purchase/fraud from this dealer. Their Employee Roberto/Rocky will talk you in to giving him side money to get you a better deal and that is totally false. My daughters boyfriend works at a dealership and his dad is the General manager there and he was the one who advised us that we should return the car, they wouldn’t honor the warranty for the car even when the car was purchased a couple of days prior. I returned like 2 weeks after the car was bough and their employee was still working there like nothing happened. I definitely advise anyone who is making a purchase their to be really careful on what you are signing because maybe you won’t be us lucky as my kids were.

I called ahead of time to look at the car and ask about price before making the trip. I drove 45 miles to get there and when We arrived, they told me it was just sold. The manager Julian then told me they had another in transit and we could work out the sale ahead of time. When they brought the paperwork to show the breakdown of the payment and fees, they raised the car 10,000 from the sticker price and low balled us-on the trade in when we had already had a previous offer to go by, at a local dealership. When called out on the fraud the manager kept saying it’s a really hard car to find right now as tho that made it ok to price gouge and then expressed how used cars are over priced right now too. So not only was he trying to rip us off on the new car, he was trying to rip us off on the trade in he was planning to sell overpriced. Made a complaint to BBB and warn everyone not to shop at this dealership. Worst dealership and worst business practice I’ve ever experienced.

Bought my car here 2 years ago and my sister bought her car a few days ago and wow the experience has been great everytime. Jazmin and Joseph gave us an amazing on a new Taos and made the whole process fast and stress-free. I always get me vehicle serviced here, Alex Cota has taken very care of my vehicle and even on a major repair got my car fixed up and ready in two days.

We are very happy with our recent purchase. Fritz was our sales rep and was very nice, respectful and answered all of our concerns. My husband and myself appreciate everything he did for us and are very happy with our purchase.

Update: 2/15/21: I was given the option of a extended warranty and he explained everything that the “gold” warranty included, at a price tag of $3,000 I couldn’t afford it but I made a commend that I would be interested in said warranty if it was half the price. In classic sales agent fashion he offered to talk to his manager about the price. His counter offer was they would do the warranty for $1500 if he could write a google review on my account, the review he wrote is below but He failed to mention the warranty I would be receiving is not the gold warranty instead the lowest warranty the offer called “power train”. Side note- when my son picked up the car the next day he got 2 miles down the road when he noticed the hood was not closing properly causing a hood to shake at speeds over 40mph. He returned immediately and they sent the car to a repair shop down the street that took car of the issue in under 2 hours. It was only when this same issue arose 2 days ago that I became aware I only had the power train warranty instead of the gold warranty that he offered me. he was actually really helpful in answering questions I had and just overall on the ball with getting the deal closed. So if you don’t mind being deceived in some aspects of the sale this could be a good dealership to visit. But I can’t shake the feeling of being taken advantage of “Walked in to this dealership heard a lot about it and let me tell you wow this place is great Alex and rocky where awesome, alex got me a car I really needed & rocky was just amazing I’ve never met a person so humble and honest and out going he made this whole experience worth it what a guy !!! I will be back :)”

I have never had a more honest, transparent & extremely professional experience while purchasing a new car. I bought a 2022 Passat last December. It does not have the standard accessories like the one I bought in 2017. They promised me they will deliver but as of this writing Feb. 7, 2022, I haven't heard from them. the agent just telling me other things than his original promise to deliver. I was so happy with a Passat I bought from VW of Van Nuys, that's the reason I bought a Passat again. But my experience with CAR PROS of San Bernardino is too disappointing. With the staffs and the agent that I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I've read so many good things about them, reason why I went there. I'm still in love with my VW Passat, but not with the dealer.

I went with very little hope that I would be able to do a trade in but thankfully I was referred to Jazmin. She is very sweet and very attentive and knows how to please her customers.
