I don't live close. So I asked the salesman Trey to do a walk around of the car and tell me about any defects. He did that and went a step further and sent more pics to verify the condition of the car. Drove 4 hours and was not disappointed. Car was straight and clean. Had to buy it. Sale went smoothly. The sales and finance guys were so friendly and knowledgeable. They understood what I was looking for, and guided me through the search process to help me find the car that was best for me. Deceitful. We had put a deposit down on a car and when we went to pick it up there were all sorts of extra charges they had not disclosed. One of those were expensive floor mats. We asked if they can take them out because we never agreed to that and didn’t want to pay extra. They said they can’t take them out once they are put in! It’s a mat, not a part but ok. They say you can come for free maintenance as a perk. Drove 20 minutes with my baby in the car to get washer fluid. They said they can’t give me washer fluid (which takes maybe 60 seconds to do) because I wasn’t getting work done on it. Well why would I need work done on a brand new car?! The guy at the service drive up was nice and apologetic but said it was out of his control. Bottom line, Don’t go here. The Toyota in Cleveland heights is much better.

Bedford Toyota is the best overall in sales and service. Tony Berzin, the service manager, is the most competent, nice, honest person I have ever dealt with. His staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile (no pun intended) to help. They will fix your problem in a timely manner. I highly recommend Bedford Toyota!!

Under any circumstances do not trust these people.Make sure you check every single paper you sign. My husband and I were referred to this dealership by our friend. My husband told sales person over and over again do not apply all those extra charges , she said no problem everything is good.We sign papers and only at home realized that payments are too high. Be careful they will jack up the price of the vehicle even if you have agreed with them on the original price they will cheat you.

I don't normally do reviews because I believe that people are entitled to do whatever they desire but its a must that i leave a public review for this place. If I could give this place 0 star that would have been it. My birthday was right around the corner and I decided to treat myself by upgrading my vehicle so i went to this dealership. The plan was to trade in my current vehicle which I didn't know had a reported structural damage. I own this vehicle for 3+ years and not once did I have a problem with my vehicle. At the time, the car was dirty from the snow falls and salt. But in really good condition because I care it. Fast forwarding to paperwork, sales consultant Tarras and his manager offered to pay me $500 for my 2016 vehicle with 54500 mil. on it. They did not do a full inspection of the vehicle. They printed the carfax report and snapped a few pics mo test drive. Also, the salesperson went further to downgrade the dealership where I had purchase the vehicle 3 years ago. That's was one big turn off for me. Never try to stop someone else's business by painting a bad picture of them. My family and I left their building. We went to 2 other dealerships that offered very close to what I was asking for my vehicle ($15000 and $18000). They test drove the vehicle, took pics and looked at the carfax report. The next morning I went into office and I was sharing my experience because 2 of my coworkers recommended this place. They told me i didn't hear well. The salesperson had the guts to send me a video in my email with the same foolishness. So I called him. During the phone conversation, he went further to say that a $1000 was the most I would get for the vehicle and they wouldn't have any use for my vehicle because they can't sell it back and it would be sent to auction. So, I let him know that I was treated unfairly and they stereotyped me! Cars with reported accident still get sold for decent amount of money!

I chose this dealership after having terrible communication with all other nearby Toyota dealerships (I'm not going to name them, but by a quick Google search you can see which ones). This dealership was very honest and cared for what I wanted in a car. I didn't feel as if I was being upselled either. I even received my new car before the initial approximate date! After being a loyal 20+ year customer, they found it their duty to add $5,000 to my new vehicle purchase as a Market adjustment after they said repeatedly their dealership would never do that. I only found that out when I was sitting down with paperwork. Not only did they lose my sale but also my gf’s new Corolla.

Edit 6/15/22: Despite paying an extra $65 for the dealership to swap plates/register my new 4Runner the dealership is refusing to send me registration THAT I PAID FOR. It has been 2 months, they have not only disrespected and been extremely rude to me on the phone (specifically Alex in finance) but also lied to me and said “I’ll call you back”, “We’ll ship it out to you”, or “Your bank has it” (They do not). At this point Alex won’t answer my calls to his office and I haven’t heard anything back despite leaving several voicemails. Every time I ask for a GM he is conveniently gone. I will never buy from this dealership or use their services again if they cannot be bothered to send me registration that I paid extra for. Essentially Toyota of Bedford does not care about you once they get your money. If you buy from here just go to the DMV to register your new car, now I’ll have to pay $35+ to get a copy of a document that I already paid for. I hope saving the $1 on postage is worth losing $50k+ from me every few years between services and new cars! Thank you for the after-purchase service of a shady used car lot! Original Review 4/11/22: Went in on Saturday to take a look at the 4Runners Toyota of Bedford had in stock; with the shortage of chips I was expecting to be looking for the perfect one for a while. But to my pleasant surprise they had exactly what I was looking for (Black '22 SR5 Premium). After the test drive the negotiation process went well and with the shortage of cars we ended a reasonable price. My salesperson, Will was very sociable, attentive, and great to work with. I have already recieved two follow-up calls since buying the car 5 days ago ensuring I am happy with my purchase and everything is running well. A great experience at a great dealership!

If you want to pay 31k for a 21k car this is the place to go. Edit: I talked with the manager over the phone after I initially left a review, they told me to set up a time to come in and talk about the pricing of the vehicle I sent them multiple emails and never received a email or phone call back. This appears to be the only way I can get in contact with any kind of management there so we'll see what happens from here.

Excellent same day service. Helped by Matt and Tom today at Service. My car is close to 200,000 miles so I might be selling soon. Needed to get a diagnosis which I had done while I waited. Never fun spending money on car issues, but at least they were professional and fast. Nice amenities, clean bathrooms, nice waiting room with areas to work while you wait.

I went to about 6 other dealerships before Toyota of Bedford. Having no established credit no banks wanted to work with me. The sales rep and the manager went above and beyond and were determined to have me walk out with a car the same day. They found me a financer that no one else were able to find. If not for their hard work dedication and commitment to the establishment they work for it would have not been possible. I believe in long term over short term gains and the way they took care of me there they 100% found themselves a long term customer. My spouse and I are fairly straightforward people sometimes and can be off putting to some, but Hazel didn’t flinch. Need better communication. I got new tires, was told the new ones would be put in the front and the old ones rotated to the back, was told again by a separate employee that this is best for tire longevity and best practice. Well it didn't happen. The new tires were put on the back. Was given a flimsy excuse that if the tires had about the same amount of tread it would be fine. Previous service was in July so I highly doubt after a few multi day trips and daily use that the tread is the same. 5k miles different but this was ignored. Was told I could bring it back in to have it fixed. A very big inconvenience on something that was already decided and planned but not executed.. and the cherry on top apparently this Toyota service doesn't have a working air machine because all of my tires have different pressures, ranging from 26psi to 39.. I don't think this is the recommended range, I feel it was over looked or just laziness. Either way it doesn't foster trust for any future service and I absolutely will not be returning to this place. $315 dollars per tire one would think they could make sure they were air up properly.

.Pleasant staff and sales agent mike hakim. Works for you to get the best deal. Didn't like the long process to get the car. Spent over 4 hours of my day. Didn't like feeling pressured on after market products I didn't want. Just went with it so I get it done and over. EDIT. I discovered after I brought the car home that I am paying for a new Hybrid LE that doesn't half half of the features by 2018 Hybrid LE had and I am paying more. Why would you classify a car an LE when no two are the same? Also The sale manager called me twice. I called and left a message three times and he never called me back. I don't like that I was not advised I could buy my old 2018 through my bank. Should not the sales team give their customer great customer service by providing them with all the information they need to make a wise choice. Not happy - buyer remorse.

I can tell he is a hard worker and he was extremely patient with us. He was very soft-spoken and very calm throughout the whole process. Great place and good people. Decided to purchase a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE factory build. Just purchased my first Toyota!!!! Drove to Bedford from Lorain County to check out and test drive a 4 Runner I came across online. Brandon was the most knowledgeable, helpful, professional, personable Sales Manager. He set me up with Destiny who was attentive and considerate. She treated me like an actual customer and was focused on honest Customer Service!!! The finance team scored me a deal I couldn’t walk away from!!! Signing was painless and fun! The sales person I first had contact was able to immediately tell me how many vehicles were in the area that I was interested in. The sales manager quickly followed up to make a sale happen by negotiating with the other dealership that had the car I wanted. Within 3 days off the initial contact, I had my car. When I went to pick up the car, a knowledgeable sales consultant made the experience informative and enjoyable. A few days after the purchase, the sales consultant called to make sure everything meet my expectations.

I got my first car from them and it was an decent experience as they make sure they get you what you need and everyone is nice for the most part.However, I went to get my car maintenance and just so happen to meet Raven because I had some questions and I knew I wanted a different car without the hassle, jerk around or disappointment and Raven made it happen…he was patient, attentive, honest, funny and personable and down to earth. Above and beyond..his service and making sure I was happy and knew how to work the features in my car, down to making sure it was detailed and cleaned properly. I can brag all day I would recommend him when going to this location and ask for him…I Promise you won’t regret it!!!

Both my salesman Tom and Mike his manager were very helpful, professional and polite. Every question was answered thoroughly. Tom kept in touch with me and took some pictures for me as I was coming from a different state. The car was exactly as described and there were no surprises. The Sales contract and financing explanations were clear and concise and the loan closing and signature process with the financing officer (sorry, I do not recall her name) was very smooth and efficient. Purchased a Fiat 500 from this dealership and am extremely happy that I did. Tom was our salesman and went completely out of his way to make sure that my boyfriend and I were able to purchase the vehicle. He was there every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and was honest, had a great sense of humor and was easy to get along with. We've only had the car a week now but thus far everything is going well and we couldn't be happier with our purchase or in dealing with their helpful staff.

I originally gave 5 stars because when I finally got the used Toyota van for the price I wanted to pay, the sales manager asked for the 5 star review and had me do it right there in front of him. I had all kinds of documentation of other Toyota vans that were the same year, make and model with similar mileage and options from other dealers. All of them certified used vehicals. I even had a copy of the exact vehical from their site showing it at a lower price than what they wanted to sell it to me for, saying that it was a misprint, and should not have been advertised for that price. When it came to the trade-in vehical, I again had documentation showing trade-in value for the vehical in that condition, and they didn't want to give me anything closs to that. If it weren't for the fact that we wanted to get from the closest Toyota dealee, I would have left. We should have been in and out in no time, but 6 hours later we finally got the vehical close to the price we wanted and got blue book trade-in price for our trade in. If they would have said, yes all your documentation looks correct, it would have taken no time. There was so much money lost for them because of the time our sales guy took with us and the manager also, not to mention mine and my wifes time and aggravation. This was a terrible experience for us.

Great experience buying a new 4Runner from Bedford Toyota! Easy process, quick service, and the showroom was spotless. My salesman Trey knew the vehicle features top to bottom and helped me easily decide the features I’d definitely want. From the moment we walked into the lot we were taking good care of by Mike Hakim from Bedford Toyota. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We did have to wait for my daughter’s car to come in however Mike kept in touch with us and let us know what was going on the whole time & told us immediately when the car was ready to pick up. I don't ever write reviews unless something really went wrong... and I'm not writing this for myself, but for my mom. I'm extremely disappointed in the actions taken by the car salesman Tom. He was supposed to have a car ready for my mom, deposit already made and then sold the car. she had noted that she will be out of town and unable to be reach out as she came to visit me in Hawaii. Mentioned this and that they will arrive 2 weeks later with special ordered car, tinted windows etc. Tom- "Yeah no problem the car will be here waiting for you" 1+ weeks later in Hawaii Tom -"Yeah i tried reaching you I wasn't sure if you were still interested in the car" (previously mentioned that she cannot be reached in this time period and deposit was already made) it had arrived and sold it to another customer." He does not keep his word, Do NOT go to him acted very unprofessional in this way, was more interested in making a quick sell and obviously commission based versus actually standing by to an agreement already made, signed , and with a deposit.

From start to finish, the experience at this dealership is the positive exception to the norm. No gimmicky hidden fees, transparent service (Mark Faddoul is excellent!) without the usual sales-ey pressure tactics, and a great financing rate. Buying a vehicle these days is hard and inventory is nearly impossible to come by but Mark and his team made sure to be honest about their options, work to find a solution if there was one, and remained respectful in event we weren’t able to find a fit at the time. We ultimately did find a lucky vehicle, but even if it wasn’t available I would have gladly ended my search for a dealership/vehicle and waited until one arrived that was what I was seeking. Thanks to the entire team and I happily refer anyone looking for a great experience to stop in and visit.

My family has been searching for a hybrid SUV from Toyota for months- all across the country. This dealership promised that they had a Venza for sale on Saturday. We live in Michigan, and it is a 3.5 hour drive to Cleveland. We emailed and called, and we got a gentleman to agree that the car was available and that he would "pull the keys" awaiting our arrival. We were already in transit, so we told him we would be there in an hour and a half, and so we were excited to arrive to buy our new car. When we arrived, they told us that they had sold it already. We did have a missed phone call 15 minutes prior to arrival to tell us it sold- but they knew we were coming long distance. I don't know what "pull the keys" means nowadays, but a year ago, it meant that they were holding it for the customer. Instead we spent 7 hours on the road for nothing. This is the worst kind of customer service- the kind that takes advantage of a market without regard for the customer. We will never consider buying from them again. Toyota Corporate will be hearing from us. This is bad business.

Everybody was nice enough, especially Raven. Wanted to order a Rav4 Prime, was told I could do so at MSRP. When I arrived, I was told non-negotiable, I had to agree to 10,000 dollars of assorted accessories (above the top trim XSE, mind you). Drove 20 minutes down the road to Metro toyota, no gimmicks, was ordered in 15 minutes. Won't be back.

Worst service ever! Last winter we traded in a Nissan 2011 Maxima and bought a used 2014 Toyota RAV4. They still asked for $22,000. Then the used Toyota RAV4 2014 worths about only $17,000 on the market. This means we gave our Nissan 2011 Maxima to them for free and paid them about $5,000 more for just giving them our car. We trusted the brand of Toyota and paid that $22,000 and also bought a $2,000 so-called “warranty”, which turned out actually doesn’t cover anything. We used the car for just 3 months, and now it’s almost summer and the ac doesn’t work at all. And we went back to let them have a look and they charge us $250 for just a 5-minute diagnosis. This dealer is ruining the brand of Toyota.

Destiny was amazing and fought tooth and nail to make sure we got the car we wanted! 10/10 experience. I would recommend steering clear of the floor manager (Robert?), however, if possible. The difference between their attitudes was night and day. Destiny would keep telling us "I'll make it happen," while the floor manager told us to just pick a different car rather than trying to work with us. Ask for Destiny and don't talk to anyone else. If it weren't for her positive, can-do and candid demeanor, we would have walked away from this beauty.

The check-in process was clunky; so an area of opportunity there. The service was simply a routine 5k maintenance, so there weren't any decisions or recommendations per se. But the service person was very friendly, and the service itself was completed in a timely manner. The waiting area is very clean with plenty of space to sit at tables and do personal work while you wait - - the network connection is very good. As I had a good purchase experience here as well, I will continue to come back.

Toyota of Bedford was great to work with and loved my experience with our sales rep Raven! My only negative issue was the agreement on the price in July and then Toyota (parent and finance company) not honoring that price because they couldn’t deliver the car until 3 months later. Their delivery delays has nothing to do with the price we agreed to when I signed the agreement and gave them a large down payment.

I had a great buying and trade in experience with Destiny and the whole Toyota of Bedford staff. Destiny was knowledgeable, efficient, responsive. With supply chain issues, it took longer than expected but she was transparent and honest with me which I appreciated. This is my second vehicle from TOB and I plan to be back again when it’s time for an upgrade.

My problem wasn’t the long wait (1hr and 45 min) for an oil change. I understand short staff these days. My problem was multi inspection and stated my battery was bad and wanted me to spend money on a new battery. Remind you I just purchase this new 5 year battery last year. Toyota never tested the battery before they told me it was bad! I took my car to the place I bought the battery and they put it on the machine and I received the receipt that the battery was good! Shame on you Toyota! I haven’t been here for some years. The service I received is not like the services I use to get at Bedford Toyota. The quality of work is not worth what you pay for!! I will be driving further to get better service at another Toyota!

(NOTE, my review is based on their USED cars not their NEW cars). Let me begin with my experience over the past 6 Months; In May I come to Toyota, looking to get a Camry. Finance company wants to overcharge me for the Camry, so Toyota was able to put me in a Dodge Charger R/T AWD for practically the same price..great Right? Nope 4 months later I noticed a squeak/pop noise. Brought it back to them to have it diagnosed. They say it's a control arm, and should be covered under the warranty they sold me. Said it would take a few days for the part to get there and they'll repair it. TWO WEEKS LATER, after no follow up call or anything, I come into the shop to find out what's taking so long, apparently the FRAME WAS BENT FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER. Major issue Right? Should be been reported and disclosed prior to being sold.. but I digress... They tell me to wait until the used car manager Jeff comes back from vacation or whatever, okay sure(as if I have a choice). He comes back, I speak with him, then they use a "stalling tactic" by claiming he was waiting for the GM and the area VP to figure out a solution to this issue(red flag). Next they come with a p**s poor offer of 1000 dollars to keep the car or they'll try to put me into another car off their lot(again, as if that's much of a choice). So then I look on their website and try to find a comparable car or a car i like. I test drive a few and finally select a Chevy impala LTz. Great car Right? Again, NOPE, I literally still have the 45 day tags on the car and I discover the right rear wheel has a crack in the rim, which was welded(pretty terribly if I might add), which caused a slow leak in the wheel. Again, something that Should be been disclosed and corrected before being sold Right? When I put air in it just to get home from work, a notification came on in the gauge cluster saying, " ENGINE POWER REDUCED, SERVICE STABILITRAC". SO not only was the rim cracked, now there was another issue. After having it diagnosed by a Chevy dealership(Tim Lally, who has treated me with much more respect and have given me much better service if I might add) it turns out, that the High Pressure Fuel Pump went bad... Long story short, this company is more concerned about their bottom line then actually ensuring they have satisfied customers. DON'T believe me? Check their complaints on the Ohio attorney General website, or call a few consumer protection lawyers and you'll find out that this isn't an uncommon occurrence with them. Their used car manager Jeff was unbelievable in the situation, he STRONGLY urged me to drive the Dodge Charger off the lot several different times, and even wanted to take their loaner car away from me(a corolla), I seriously doubt he would have treated his own family like that and probably wouldn't even allow his loved one to drive a car with an unrepairable bent frame, but again I digress. Pretty depressing experience And remember, I'm leaving out a lot of different things regarding how I was treated just to save space in this review. JUST DON'T BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE, unless of course you are either a mechanic yourself, or you have 1000$ to pay a mechinc to do a full inspection of every aspect of the vehicle before purchase. In 6 months; - My credit was ran over 30-40 times - I payed two $1000 down payments - Payed over 600 in diagnostics - Had to drive a loaner car for about a month Problems with the 2 cars they sold me($20k cars); - Bent frame(dodge charger) - Cabin Air filter(Dodge charger) - Door acuatuater for air conditioner(dodge charger) - Plugged Tire(Dodge Charger) - Wheel alignment(Dodge Charger) - Cracked Rim(Chevy Impala) - High Pressure Fuel Pump(Chevy Impala) - Cabin Air filter(Chevy Impala) - Engine Air filter(Chevy Impala) - Various Scratches(Chevy Impala) Mind you none of these issues were caused by me.

He answered all of our questions, went over every detail and feature of the car and made sure we were fully satisfied with the car we were looking to purchase. Decent dealers. What you expect of Toyota. But there's hardly any inventory. Sales folks are good but some of them may be more so than others. Change your sales point of contact if you are not getting what you want - enough decent and prompt folks here. We just wished the cars were cleaned before being displayed. Some of the used cars reeked of smoke. Some cars were not in good shape. So buy new, certified, or if you know the cars well.

We have driven 2 different Tahoes for the past 12 years now. We also had a pruis. We were so impressed on how the pruis held up with the salt from the Ohio roads. So when it came time to trade in the current Tahoe we decided to try Toyota. We went to dealership after dealership searching and looking for one. With the current market we couldn't believe how so many Toyota dealerships were selling them ABOVE msrp. I called Bedford Toyota 45 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. Jake picked up the phone I asked him a few questions he told me he would have to check on the answers and would call me right back. He actually did! Which rarely ever happens in the sales industry. We made an appointment to come look at the car I had seen on the internet. We drove an hour there and as we were walking in the dealership the car sold. I was so upset and left telling my husband I will never go back there again. A few days went by and I get a call from Jake he left a vm apologizing for what had happened and he just got word another car EXACTLY like the one I wanted was coming in a week. He wanted me to come see it. I was SHOCKED! Who anymore even cares about making things right and apologizing?NOBODY. I couldn't believe that he did both. We came down a few days later and went over everything. If it wasn't for Jake I would have never gone back. What a pleasant experience buying a car which is normally not a fun task. My friend went here to purchase a car today and his sales person was Mitch Sanchez. Worst experience ever. Total waste of his day. After finding the car he liked, he gave an offer and Mitch agreed with it. He even bought the car insurance for it while he was there. While signing paperworks, my friend realized Mitch has changed different papers. First he said that the car didn’t have any accidents but the final papers said it did. Then he put on a different price on the final paperwork and try to scam my friend into signing it. After my friend caught the difference in prices Mitch just crumbled up the papers and was really mean and rude that he got caught. He was there the whole day and didn’t even leave with a car in the end. Super disappointed.

Had 10:30 appointment for regular service and maintenance, arrived 10 minutes ahead of time. Staff (receptionist and service counter individuals) were not friendly or even seemed to want to be there and to help. 2 hours and 50 minutes later the vehicle was completed for service. To my surprise and below my expectation with Toyota dealerships, Bedford doesn’t even provide a car wash/detail. In two different states and two different Toyota’s this was part of the why bring it back to Toyota. Unimpressed and will drive further to find a better Toyota dealership

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this dealership deserves it sadly. Salesperson was friendly (only positive), but at the end of the day, I was disappointed by the lack of honesty and it’s not worth the hassle to go here. I have Costco and these guys still played around w the numbers. Very poor follow up when I had questions. Toyota makes a good car though.

My family and I went to look at new cars today at Bedford Toyota. We were helped by a young man named Alexander who was absolutely wonderful! I never felt pressure to purchase and I was able to test drive whatever vehicle I chose. We purchased a new (used) Highlander that was in fantastic condition! Another young man named Mike also assisted us... both gentlemen were professional and patient with the process. I would definitely recommend this car dealership! I am very happy with the outcome and my new car!

I will never ever buy another vehicle from Bedford Toyota ever again. I bought a truck and suv there in the last 3 years. I called a couple weeks ago to inquire about a Toyota they had on their site and the salesman said it was sold so he kept my number if one comes in. Today i get a call that the customer backed out and i can have it for msrp. He calls me back 5 minutes later and says they are adding 10,000 to msrp! DO NOT GO HERE!

Phenomenal staff! We dealt with JC Bittence, Mariah in financing, and Mitch. Mitch sent us a video walk-through of the vehicle beforehand, which - as someone who stresses about dealing with salespeople - helped feel a little more familiar (and therefore confident and comfortable) and less like I was just walking in off the street (which I basically was). Plus it helped me verify that I was interested in the vehicle before driving out to Bedford. JC made lovely, comfortable conversation with us as we waited, answered a million questions, worked to get a payment with which I was comfortable, and made sure to point out all the features and get my phone connected before I drove off the lot. Mariah made the big purchase more comfortable with her infectious, genuine, enthusiasm and did not try to push, or oversell, a bunch of addons. When a miscommunication caused me much anxiety and stress, they made it right quickly, without making me fight about it. I hate making major purchases, but the staff at Toyota of Bedford turned my anxieties into confidence, and excitement. I can't thank them enough!

I came in on a busy Saturday and had numerous sales staff check in on me while I explored some vehicles. When I was ready to talk about a specific vehicle, Taras and Destiny were able to help answer all of my questions. I did a test drive, got my vehicle appraised, and worked out a sale that worked for me. I took delivery of my new car the same day, and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Gave them a deposit for a truck that they assured me had been “secured” for me from another dealer. Got a call 4 days later telling me that they in fact were unable to secure the truck. They claim the other dealer sold it out from under them, which I don’t understand because I had been assured it was secured and had given them money for it. It is dishonest to take deposits from people for cars that are not in your possession. I passed on the opportunity to buy other trucks because I had been assured this one was secured for me. Now I’m back at square one, soon to be without a car, and I need to keep dealing with car dealerships
Tony, Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, inventory is scarce at every location. Due to this shortage of inventory, we have no choice but to adjust our business and attempt to secure vehicles from other dealerships. This puts us at their mercy, and oftentimes the other dealership will sell the vehicle that we had previously secured…especially in the case of high-demand inventory, like trucks. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I brought car in for oil change and tire rotation. I had a prearranged appointment, but was there waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, which that aspect I was disappointed . Perhaps a small thing, but they didn't run car through car wash- it obviously needed it and previous dealerships always did automatically. Not sure if I needed to request that too.
