I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car, from a friend of mine. From start to finish, Monica (at Fairlawn) was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and she kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. My friend and I hit a small snafu with the title work (the title bureau had made a clerical error, when my friend originally purchased the car), and Lindsay (Towpath’s title clerk) went above and beyond, and was able to quickly get it corrected for us, and made our visit to the title bureau to correct it, a seamless and easy process. This locations head of staff is hands down the standard of proficient. (Professional/efficient) If you want to get the job done right with the least possible problematic process, this is the location. Very appreciative and looks forward to a successful and bright build of relationship with this institutiin.

Go elsewhere. Towpath will jump the gun and charge overdraft fees for overdrafts that never happened, and then lock up your payroll check from a new job for 10+ days because your 2+ year old account is "newer". A fine bank for retirees or the independently wealthy, but not if you have to work for your money.

I have been a member for a number of years and the service has always been very good!! Recently, I have the pleasure to bank woth Eboni at the Fairlawn branch.
