I have been working with Eric Dugan over the past few days. We are pretty much overhauling all my finances and trying to get them all in one spot. All within a matter of 2 days, we were able to refinance my motorcycle, refinance my truck, get me a good rewards credit card, and we are currently looking to get me a Home Equity Line of Credit. He got me incredible interest rates, fair loan terms, and was very responsive and helpful through the entire process. I'm definitely glad I made the switch to Towpath. Thanks Eric!

After hearing how nice and easy Towpath was to work with my Fiancé and I decided to stop in to get a loan for our wedding. We decided to try for a holiday loan this year because we needed a little extra for the holidays. I started the loan application online and was so surprised how quickly someone got back with me. I have never applied for anything like this, so I wasn’t really sure where to begin. That’s when Eric Dugan came in. He talked us through the entire process. Eric was phenomenal. Here’s why-he wasn’t your typical uptight loan officer. He was down to earth, approachable and not judge mental. You felt like a person in his office. He was a person, and that’s what made it a great experience.

I love this bank their rates are great and they work with you I have been with them for some years now and I would never give up on them. Recently I was just in a total loss accident and lost my car I wasn’t expecting to get a new car so soon because that was going to be my birthday gift to my self. However life happens. Eric, assisted me with other needs and just so happens he asked me did I want to refinance and absolutely did I take that offer because I wanted to refinance in the first place he just beat me to the question. He was very quick with responding, he was efficient, he made sure all of my questions were answered without rushing because a lot of places now are very much impatient that I can say. He was not he was amazing all across the board now Eric did not get my refinance to a 0.00 dollar balance but I’ll take that 😂😊his customer service was 100% Thanks Eric for all of your help!! So, I spent a couple weeks trying to figure out how to buy my leased vehicle. After giving up, a family member recommended Towpath. Walked in and met with Olivia Karka and she handled the whole process for me in 2 days. The interest rate I received was also half of what the dealership offered. Highly recommended.

Traci Zitzman will not return calls so definitely do not get your hopes up if she is your assigned loan officer. I had went through Towpath and had no problems but decided last minute to withdraw my application after Rita informed me that the car would throw me in excessive negative equity from the start. However, I was so impressed with the level of customer service that I recommended my buddy to go through Towpath for financing his next car. Sadly the lack of customer service and communication by Traci caused him to miss out on the car and look for other credit unions to finance through. You would think that someone would respond to two voicemails within a week ....but clearly that is not Traci's strongsuit. Based on his experience I will not attempt to finance anything through Towpath in the future. Do not get your hopes up here. I'm ashamed that I recommended this place to someone.

We had a particularly difficult time at one of the dealerships when trying to purchase a new vehicle. I was very frustrated when we went to get our financing. Eric Dugan handled our loan and was aware of the trouble we were having. He told me that he would make sure that things on his end went smoothly to minimize my frustration and he completely kept his word. Eric made all the paperwork and transfer as organized and painless as possible. We were VERY pleased with the service we received!!

Go elsewhere. Towpath will jump the gun and charge overdraft fees for overdrafts that never happened, and then lock up your payroll check from a new job for 10+ days because your 2+ year old account is "newer". A fine bank for retirees or the independently wealthy, but not if you have to work for your money.

Went in today to open a savings and checking account for my fiance. The Branch Manager Samantha was very inviting, informative and was a joy to work with. He decided to also open a credit card and her loan officer, Eric, was just as warm and friendly. Eric was great. The whole process took 2 days and my financing was off to the Tesla dealer. I highly recommend Eric and the team at Towpath Credit Union. If you're getting a loan at towpath ask for Eric Dugan. I've been with towpath since I started my first bank account every loan, refinance or anything Bank related I talked to Eric. He always gets back to you in a timely manner and never beats around the bush. This is one big reason I stay at towpath.
