We just refinanced our home for the second time with TowneBank Mortgage. For both, we were fortunate to work with Dale Lacy, Megan Barclay, and Karen Hines. These three processed our refinance in an efficient manner; just 29 days from initiation to closing. They are very professional in the way they interacted with us. We never had to contact them with status because they were way ahead of us on a daily basis; contacting us by phone, e-mail, or text to alert us to items we needed to handle, and keeping us informed with progress. All our dealings were transacted in a courteous manner. If you are considering any type of financing, we highly recommend you start and end with Dale, Megan and Karen. You will not be disappointed!
