It was a pleasure working with Kyle. My client (first time home buyer) insisted on using Kyle. I am always hesitant working with new lenders, because in my experience , they don't always have the buyer's interest at hand. Kyle was the exact opposite. He was upfront with my client when discussing fees and terms. He used local appraisers who understood this market and closed on time! It was a great experience for my first time buyer.
