Ted Devlin, the lender I worked with to secure my loan to purchase my home, was very responsive and worked hard to make sure we closed on time. Buying a home is always a nerve racking process especially on a very tight contract window but Ted came through allaying any fears or concerns I had. I had no issues what so ever at the closing table. I highly recommend him!

They are a good bank for the community. Town Bank even has exhibits for local artists to display paintings, sculptures, and photographs in the Virginia Beach area. Beautiful building on the outside and inside. Clean and well maintained. I also her there is lots of money inside this place.

This is the second time that I have worked with Patrick Avery, first on my initial mortgage followed with the refinancing. I cannot express enough how simple and easy he made the process each time. Pat is always quick to respond, thorough in answering any questions, and goes beyond expectations to ensure the process is as stress free as possible. I initial worked with a few other lenders for my refinancing application. While their rates were just barely better than what Pat could offer, I was quickly turned off by the inconsistent responses, being passed from one loan officer to another, and having to log into multiple applications to simply ask a question. The other lenders were not able to even provide me the correct information for the type of loan I requested.
