Lazy doesnt help people or make relationships with customer's or potentials they only want the highest credit

Worst Credit Union I'm a part of, I'm trading my loans and accounts. They have no interest in serving their members ironic considering this was my first credit union but as I've learned they are more interested in aggressive expanding the loan book of business not on members service's again makes no sense to me why wouldn't you wish to retaine clients. They must be having turnover in management.

Set up an appointment for 8:30am to quickly sign off on loan documents because this location was the earliest appointment available. Passed by 3 other branch locations with what I thought would be later appointments only to sit and wait over an hour past my appointment at the Saco location. Disappointed in their professionalism and communication.

Excellent!! I would recommend everyone to do all their banking with T&CFCU. I've been with them for about 4 years and will handle all my financial/banking needs with them. They have a super friendly staff and are always willing to help. A+

I recently did a car loan with this Credit Union and couldn't be happier. Courteous and professional staff. Will do more business with them in the future.

Always there when you need financial help, either buying a new car, opening a checking account. We have never had an unpleasant person at the credit union. Everyone is happy and helpful!!! Thank you for making large financial decision understandable and easy.

I am wondering what took me so long to make the switch from my big corporate bank to a credit union. Loan Representative, Erica St. Onge, has helped me tremendously in obtaining loans that others would have declined, I am not merely a credit score here. I am so happy I made the switch to this credit union, and am on the way to re-building my financial security.

Always friendly. They give out dog treats at the drive through. When the lobby is open, they allow you to bring in your leashed dog. No-fee, no minimum checking.

I habe no issues with these guys always friendly no matter what it's better then TD bank no hidden fees pr issue with credit cards like TD BANK i tried one at TD BANK and im so glade i went back to Town and country amd im staying with them for now on if i could i would give them more . Stars 10☆☆☆☆☆☆ that's a 10 ++ if i could i would give them more the 5

This is my bank I've been banking with them for a long long time also have had other banks in between but they are the ones who got stuck with who have actually stuck with me and walk me through how to save money a money management and wow I'm in all so I stay there I'm still there I recommend them very highly to everyone if you're trying to get your flip whip and your pocket stacked
