100% predatory loan company. When calling to pay off our loan in full, the woman on the phone sarcastically asked, “aww why would you wanna do that?!” Maybe because after making payments it’s now up to more than we even initially took. Completely rude thing to ask and they just want you to not pay it off at once so they can keep racking up your interest. Literally *NEVER* take a loan from these people, theyre sarcastic and gross and you’ll end up paying 2x more than you took out. Probably the worst loan experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I have had a couple of loans with them and never had a problem. Interest rate is a little high but you can pay it off early to avoid that. They have always been polite and respectful with me.

Just financed some furniture through them, I think there may be some new management. They were polite and made sure I understood everything in regards to repayment. I am still pretty bothered by my experience with them in the past, but can tell there's been some improvements.

Rude and can't look in the notes on some people's accounts to see when they are doing BUT NOPE YOU HAVE TO KEEP CALLING

Extremely rude, vile, unknowledgable people. Stay away.

Denied me for employment over my diploma. I dont have one because i was too sick to graduate. Im currently trying to get my hiset. Even explained that to them. These people are trash. Snub their nose without a care in the world. With what is happening these days they should be ashamed. And i hope they are. Wish i could give them negative reviews. No stars. At all.

Went to go pay a loan payment, and had a very limited time. Found a “Back in the 30 minutes” sign in the door, but they neglected to put a time stamp. Thirty minutes from when? It’s called doing good business people. Not going to be using them again.
