View is great from just about any seat. There is always something going on from sports to music and various entertainment. Always good to support the local sports teams but, if you're here for anything else make sure you're here an hour early minimum! It gets PACKED especially for the parking don't miss out cause of it!

Good location… right off I-95, close to the train station , and the Port Jefferson ferry. Plenty of parking. It’s not too big so most of the seats have a good view. There’s enough bathrooms and food/drinks.

I attended this event with my husband and our friends. It was easy to find the place and the parking was convenient. The show was amazing. We enjoyed the flipping and racing. Grave Digger did an astonishing show during free style show. We are definitely will come back for another show.

Went for the NCAA women's basketball tournament and it was a great location to watch a game. Definitely not a bad seat in the house. Recommend getting the chicken tenders, tasted good and prices were pretty reasonable for a stadium. Parking was $20 the days we went, not sure if that changes. We didn't have to wait too long to get out.

The arena is great!!!! Small venue so no seat is a bad seat. They book top notch events, reasonable prices which makes it possible to bring families of four or more. They host local teams. So for a fun time check out their schedule of events......and go to it..... Bet you go again......

Unorganized traffic 45mins just to get into the parking garage...no wonder I've never come here before............ .. dissapointed to be sitting in fold up chairs for supposedly good seats close to the stage...decent comedy show- but I will not visit again 🤯🙃 sorry! I'm used to more organized venues do better BRIDGEPORT hire more police to handle traffic- excessive long lines at concession stands.. our floor seats were identified by chalk writing on the floor..very dark!

For starters, I prepaid for parking through Ticketmaster and when I got to the lot they said it was full and forced me to find parking elsewhere. Not sure how that happened but what was worse was that they refuse to refund me my prepaid parking so I'll never do that again and I'll tell everyone who will listen not to get duped by that either. Not really a bad seat in the house, in fact they're sized as well as one could hope, but the snack prices are out of this world. For 3 measly chicken tender baskets (3 tenders and a handful of lukewarm fires) and 3 12oz bottles of Coca-Cola I paid $60. Go to a buffet before hand and pregame in the parking lot. Otherwise clean environment but not my happiest experience for my wallet.

The stars are for the show, not the venue lol. Katt Williams was 🔥as well as his opening acts! He really with the same team!! And yes the venue was fine, traffic was crazy. We were stuck on the exit ramp for almost an hour but once inside, the ppl working made it easy to find our seats. They had a good rhythm going on and everyone seemed to work well together!

Seating was too tight for the price of tickets. Sat in third row and was pushed to sitting on the iron railing of the chair. Never again. Arenas are not designed for concerts. Concerts/shows are best at concert halls. Way too uncomfortable for price.

The Kat Williams shiw was amazing but the adena was awful!!! The seats were not comfortable, the seats were not secure, the railing on the stairs was not secure and people coming up the stairs from the floor would trip on one of the steps because they were aligned properly.

It's so spacious, I enjoyed the whole event there without feeling suffocating despite of huge gethering , very well maintained

Minor league hockey arena less than an hour from Manhattan. Facility is great, but 10 bucks to park in the dirt lot across the way seems a bit steep for the minors. -1 star for that.

Was treated to Kat Williams Concert, what a show, there were sooo many unexpected to the line up, Lunelle, Mark Curry and Red, these were extremely funny as heck. If they come back, I'll be back for sure

Kind of small for the hosted venue. Not much room for the driver's to cut loose.

Cool venue that is just big enough to create great atmosphere, but not too big so you don't feel too far from the action.

It's the minor league of arenas so don't get your hopes up of this place being a professional arena. It's close to the train station which is a pro and there are lots of food and drink options. Suprisingly the prices were higher than expected.

Nice arena. Went to a hockey game. Food prices were obviously a little high but expected Got yelled at for stepping over a chair because I didn't want to disturb the rest of my row. Parking lot was a disaster Other than that, it was fun.

Double date with my best friend for a Sound Tigers AHL hockey game. It's within walking distance of ferry so you don't need to take a car from Long Island. There isn't a bad seat in the house, tickets are cheap and food is priced fair. Tickets are cheaper if you buy straight from the team website or at box office instead of Ticketmaster. They often have specials and group discounts if you contact them directly or sign up on their email list. Totally worth it if you want some cheap hockey and a good game day experience.

It was my first Hockey Game ever and it was so fun!! Truthfully I never even was interested in hockey and I had such an amazing time.

Amazing! I'm surprised at the light crowds for such a great event as a hockey game. Easy to navigate, plenty of kiosks open serving a variety of foods (typical venue pricing) Appreciated the Covid protocols and checking vaccine cards!

A very nice small arena. Seats about10,000 for concerts and is retrofitted nicely for hockey, basketball and other events. Prices are reasonable although concessions are a bit pricey and can get crowded even with small crowds.

Oh my God I had the best time off my life. Theses trucks wore amazing. The one Scooby-Doo was my favorite. 😀 I would have given 5 star but they charge too too much for cotton candy$20 popcorn $10.00 We in Bridgeport. Give us a break please 🙏

Home of the AHL Bridgeport Islanders.. Beautiful newer arena especially for a non major league level team/league. Great way to spend a night with the family being you can get tickets for around $25. Obviously this doesn't include food, drinks and merchandise.

After working a shift went to this arena with the family to enjoy monster jam but be warned you will be turned away if you carry there. Apparently the owners of this venue don't allow armed law enforcement in this venue unless working for them. Very unfortunate in this day and age of unpredictable violence. Webster Bank arena should revisit this policy and adjust it accordingly as other venues across the county allow on or off duty carry as an added layer of security for it's customers.

Always a good time here for a hockey game. I prefer the homey feel to this venue rather than the center in Hartford. Had a great time on first responders night!

I only gave it two stars because the inside was nice. I went there for my graduation and they had us all congregating by the parking garage that's to the right I'm sorry to the left of the entrance. They had two porta-potties there that stunk to high heaven. It was worse than dumpster juice in 150 degree weather that thewas sitting around for a month. Why would you not put fresh porta potties there for all the people that's going to be there for this new event instead of keeping the one that you had probably sitting there for 2 months. It was absolutely disgusting and disgraceful, not only that there was another graduation right after ours. The workers who work there did not even want to go in there to replace the toilet paper they had to hold stuff over their noses and mouths just to go in there to put the toilet paper there. It was absolutely shameful.

Was just there for AEW Dynamite and Rampage!!!! Great show and great venue with parking conveniently just nextdoor!!!

Great arena for Hockey! It still needs a few updates!

Venue was pretty cool, sound was just ok, and location a bit iffy.

I went to two different activities this past week. Both were well organized and fun. GOLD OVER AMERICA TOUR starring Simone Biles and BRIDGEPORT ISLANDERS vs Hartford Wolf Pack.. I will be back.

Needs more parking for Big events but great space

Good Arena. Seats are incredibly uncomfortable and squeezed in tight together feels like you're sitting on top of one another. Food is basic arena food is not great but not bad and it's Credit or Debit only. Parking is cash only or pay when you buy your tickets. Back to the seats. You have a great view of whatever you're there for in my opinion I was very happy with the amount I paid for how well I was able to see the ring. Overall a good arena.

1/14/2022 Showing of Disney on Ice - Such a great show! My daughter loved it - from beginning to end. It was about a 2 hour show with a brief intermission half way through. Highly recommend!

Went for Monster Jam and had a fantastic time. Great helpful staff helped us find our seats and get something to eat. Great place with lots of different events. We definitely will be coming back soon for another event.

Great location with parking and Nearbye train station for those looking to take the train to this arena. I went for the Gold Tour starring Simone Biles and had a great experience. There were tons of food booths, beer stations and convenience stations for things like snacks. There was so much food and drinks to choose from and my seat was not difficult to find with staff available to assist when needed.

I went to the AEW wrestling show, and I just wanted to say how KIND all the workers are!!! The set up inside was amazing and I felt like you could see very well from anywhere. I was in a club seat and had a blast! I hope these types of shows get more bookings because they draw a very decent crowd! The whole place was super clean and organized inside and out. Overall very coordinated and welcoming! Thank you!

Pretty good arena, but the parking and traffic patterns to get to and from the arena are terrible. Would not be in a rush to come back.

Always nice and helpful staff throughout the building. Doesn't seem like you can really get a bad seat in there. I've been in the skybox, in the stands, and on the floor. Cheese steak was surprisingly delicious!

Wonderful bridgeport arena! Great for hockey and concerts. Always kept clean inside and out. The area around the building [parking lot, parking garage] always kept safe by staff and police on days of the event.

Make sure you get here super early because if not the traffic in the area gets so backed up on show nights that you might miss most of the show. Once you get in you’ll enjoy yourself…. I approve

A nice little arena. They have some good food options (shaved beef???) and beer options (two roads tent, some other local options). Not a bad seat in the house.

The venue was great. The traffic and parking was awful. Gotta get there real early. UConn Women's basketball team moves on to the Final four.. !!!

This was a great venue! Went here to see Bill Burr perform and I was very satisfied with the venue and the experience... Obviously concessions are a bit pricey, but that's how it is literally anywhere you go these days. The seating space is nice and you don't feel too cluttered. Also, the theater itself has great view points so everyone can see well and they keep the air flowing in there so it doesn't feel overheated. Overall I'd highly recommend and definitely plan on returning.

Its def nice arena once inside. Place was locked down like a courthouse, would be nice if they had signs directing you to which door to enter thru, theres about 15 doors only 1 is unlocked. Staff were very friendly, tons of security. Entrance to parking garage not well lit. Kinda confusing cause so frontage rd and 95 entrance are side by side, so be careful, that you take correct road. Parking garage only accepted cash for parking. Otherwise was a joy. Would love to visit during daytime hours.

Very nice arena. Easy in and out. Very convenient to get to right off highway. Not a huge place and was packed for my first AEW event.

I've been to this arena at least 4 times, and I've yet to have a bad experience there. The sightlines are quite possibly the best in CT. There's not a bad seat in the house.

All the seats are great for hockey, we had a fun time and caught a big Bridgeport Islanders win too!

We went here for Marvel Live. The parking was ample and cost was $10 cash for this event. Inside was crowded but remained acceptably cleaned. Staff was quick and courteous. Food prices and such were really crazy.

Not a bad seat in the house. We saw marvel universe live and it was a fantastic show. Honestly, any show or hockey game here is always a great time. Expect to pay $10 for parking and the lines getting out of the dirt lot can take forever but it's worth the wait for an enjoyable event.

Visited on Jan.18th,2017. Attended a TwentyOnePiolets concert! It was one the greatest concert experiences ever. The venue is a valuable asset to Bridgeport, CT. and the surrounding area. Plenty of transportation options as well as other places/things to go/do.

Parked in the dirt lot across from the arena. Once inside, I found a decent selection of concessions and clean bathrooms. Best of all, there's not a bad seat in the house for a smaller venue. I-95 is convienently near by! They need to get more shows and events.

Bridgeport CT - Beautiful Arena located on Port Jefferson - easy parking, great family environment.

The facility is great for hockey games, but it's always a toss up on whether or not the person serving your food will be quick and/or friendly. Lots of sour faces behind the counters. And last time I went they were forcing people to use the elevator instead of the stairs, but wouldn't provide any explanation.

Watched Islanders vs Rangers. Checked COVID cards & drivers license. Excellent view & service. COVID cards no longer required. Just saw the 1st round playoff game. Excellent game and view. COVID cards not required. Masks are optional

Great place to see a concert, circus, Monster Jam. Parking great garage or lot. Always safe, Bridgeport finest are at every corner and willing to help.

CT BETTER Home Show is a great place for homeowners and anyone for that matter to visit as there is something for everyone

At our most recent visit to the Arena, we were met by friendly lot attendants, nice officers directing traffic and security, ensuring that our time spent at this venue was a safe and memorable one.

Place is great for sports. Would recommend an islanders game or fairfield game.

I attended Monster Jam 2021 & is by far the best experience ever! The Arena itself was also nice. Clean restrooms.
