From beginning to end, I was treated with the utmost in professionalism and care by everyone involved in my home refinance but especially by my refinance specialist, Maegan Mcvoy, who truly went the extra mile guiding, explaining and ensuring that this experience was by far as pain-free, efficient and otherwise positive as it could be. Maegan responded to every call, text or email regardless of time, in fact, I can recall that on several occasions Maegan answered questions from me on several weekends, and after normal hours. My husband and I started our refinance with Maegan McVoy in 2020 but due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to put it on hold. I worked with the amazing Maegan Gore in San Antonio. I haven't closed yet, but I'm confident enough that it's time to give this lady her 5 stars. I have to give her a special title, she's a concierge lender. She has kept me sane through the circus that has been my new construction buy. She has a person for every need and let me tell you, she hasn't outright told me, but I'm pretty sure she is following up with all the people to make everything as smooth as she can make it for me. She has met us at times and places (even the new build!) That were convenient for us just to answer questions and have a little "state of the loan" meeting. The application system and process were unbelievably easy as well. She also got us same or better rates than what others were quoting us. I've had what I feel is retaliation from builder for not using their "preferred lender" but I'm completely and beyond satisfied with Maegan. The level of customer service she provides far outweighs any minor (when you're looking at a mortgage, it really is minor) savings they offer for using their preferred lender. She's ethical, explains everything in a way that is easily understood and without making you feel silly for asking. She really is your friend in mortgage and I fully recommend talking with her before you get stuck with someone who's only there for the money.
