!!!!If anyone is willing to file a class action? If you have been ripped off by this company we should all come together as consumers and sue for illegal practices!!!!!!! We can find an attorney who is willing to file a lawsuit on our behalf. I cannot comprehend how bad this company does business. They are non relenting and merciless. Unsympathetic to any situation. ,ost companies repo after 3 months of non payment, they literally hold your vehicle hostage as you attempt to gather the remaining money. Its really sad how these people just do not care. Worst people to deal with or compromise. in-human people. I went to BBB and gave them a similar review and i hope they go out of business.

I took out a loan when I got my car in 2016 and I got a little behind on payments this month by mistake as I thought i had paperless billing set up for autopay but one month it glitched hard or something and I didn't notice it didn't go through. It was 4 days late! Never missed a payment before this time, so i got a call I believe the guy’s name was Gill(sp?) and I just explained the situation and he just asked that I have it paid by the end of the business day which I agreed to and everything was fine. Really polite service and they’re understanding.

I bought a car from car outlet and financed through total finance in April 2016 and the day after thanksgiving the engine went out in the car while I was out of state on the highway. I took the car to an auto shop out of town and let the company know and they did nothing for me. I paid my December payment late and in January just 3 days after my payment was due they somehow found my car out of state and repossessed it. Even though I am not missing any payment their excuse was that they reserve the right to repossess my car even if I am one day late with a payment. Please do not ever go to them! They are crooks!!!

This might be a little long...I normally don't write reviews; But If it was possible I would give Total Finance negative stars. They have the most rudest, unprofessional team I have ever dealt with. The lack of Customer Service amazes me completely and it seems like I'm not the only one that has experience their terrible service, I mean 1.6 stars overall! come on guys its depressing to even look at it. Everything about this company is a complete joke, from lower staff to the Supervisors..God are they terrible smh. (Marcella, Roxana). Only Total Finance can call YOUR phone and think they can talk to you any kind of way and threaten you to get your vehicle if you don't make your payment but then call and say " You are an outstanding customer, you now qualify to upgrade your vehicle" lol silly. I get a different rep every time I receive a phone call, at this point I can't even keep up. The only good part was that they lower my interest from 24-27% to 12% that I do appreciate. Total Finance needs experienced Customer Service Reps _ NOT McDonalds Drive thru Employees.

Latinos stealing from latinos.... Do not but here.... Please be advised they will take advantage of your situation, over 30% interest rate on 2007 car... Sell you an overprice warranty that last for 30 days on top they force you to get Gap insurance for over $3000....unable to get to any terms with them... Office staff was unquilified and lacking intellect and training.. staff was Rude it's an understatement. They would not even give your pay off Balance... The sales rep kept calling to send leads and recommend people on a weekly basis. This lasted for the 6months ... So glad I was able to get rid of that car... Took me months to finish one transaction with these people..... NO COMPREN AQUI... SON LADRONES UTILIZAN ESTAFAS... TIENEN SU MECANICAS COMO A 2 HORASS DE CHICAGO Y NUNCA DAN CITA.... Stay away from these people. They're total scammers. Theyre so unprofessional. One of their representatives "forgot" to charge me a fee, so they waited until the next car payment to to charge me that fee. How do you forget to do your job? Also, dont buy from car outlet. I've been paying off a 2008 vehicle since 2015. Garbage dealership and garbage financing. Learned my lesson and I'm never making this mistake again.

Loaned a car from Carromatic last year. I was in a car accident and the car was totaled. I had the car sent to Carromatic right after the accident. I called their claims department gave the information. I inquired about personal belongings and the person said they will give me 24 hours to collect my belongings. Once they received the police report it took them 3 weeks to close out my claim. All the while they were calling me to collect payments and were reporting this to the credit bureaus. Every time they would contact me I would tell them that the vehicle was in their possession and I my claim was pending. I get a call from Rocio stating I had to sign a power of attorney to give them permission to destroy the car or I would have to pay the loan, mind you this was the very first time I was notified of this. She finally at this time gives me the address for car outlet to collect my belongings. After signing the POA at Milwaukee Carromatic I drove to Waukegan Car Outlet. I arrive there for them to tell me I have to go to Ultimo Precio on Grand Ave. I arrive there and they make me wait an hour for a lady named Sassy to tell me my car was only there for 2 days after the accidents and was sent to IAA auction that is not even located in Waukegan. This place is disorganized, there’s confusion amongst their departments and their follow up is terrible. Rocio stated a few times she would be contacting by end of day and next and never did. When I called her the line would disconnect or would sit on hold for an hour without answer. Most of the staff were dressed unprofessionally and the atmosphere of their office was poor.

Places to stay away from Ultimo Precio, and car outlet. I financed a 2008 Scion TC from them. In three months the engine seized. So I had to come out my pocket almost 2,100 for a new car all in one month. To make the situation worse I called and told them since I had to come out my pocket so much I didn’t have enough for my first payment and they refuse to extend the payment till next month. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.. I’ve been dealing with these people for about 6-7 months now and they are absolutely horrible compared to my how my friends tell me about their financing company that works with them!!

Marcella at ext 191 is the rudest ever!! These people do not care about you or your situations. Never seen a finance company that does business the way they do. After my car is paid off I’ll never do business with them again. I’ve already made my report to the BBB. They were my last resort for a car and its the only reason I’m in a deal with them. April 2019 kissing there rude behinds goodbye and for good.

Car outlet is Absolutely Horrible!!!! Do not do business with them. I’ll repeat that... Under no circumstances is it ok to do business with!! They Raped me with a 2008 Chevy Malibu! Charged me about $20,000 for it... and charged me 25% interest damn car isn’t even worth $3500, smh... nothing but issues after issue repairing the car!! Then have the Nerve to blow my phone up and talk to me crazy and be disrespectful!!! This place is a Joke!! Save your $$,time and energy.. Trust me you’ll thank me later

Total Bullshit is the worst finance to get your car from. They will talk nice to your hear at first, but when you call their call center for help. They WILL NOT help at ALL. But sure enough move quick to their collections. Heads up if it gets REPO, they will tell you is in Waukegan and have to pick it up over....LIE its at the dealership......... They will be nasty! No respect, no shame on how they speak to you, no type of training at all. But hate when you talk to them how they talk to you! Coming from a well trained call center this is just NASTY! If I wanted financial help I would hire a professional not Yesenia from Total Finance. Claims to want to help you and understand you! But tell you to go and borrow money from a family member and call her back to make a payment. Get some training because you all really need it, never seen a company be so nasty.

Don't ever do business with this company. They're unprofessional and rude. They're quick to call you a 100 times when you miss a payment but don't answer when you're in need to contact them or in need of something to be done. They'll give you the run around countless times. You'll have to call a 100 times before they even answer.. Say they're short staffed or what ever the case may be .. For a finance company to be that unorganized and say they don't even have a location of my car is just ridiculous, with out a doubt It's just bad for business and I don't suggest anybody to do business with them. This place is the Worst!!! They do not care about helping people. they are rude and will not help! I co signed for my son for a car a year and half ago, well life happens and he couldn't afford payment and had the car repo. so I now have been working on my credit and saw the repo reporting. I literally called them to see what could be worked out and they were not willing to give me ANY options, just what can you pay?? they are even unwilling to report to the credit bureau once a payment arrangement is set up.. Marcella was beyond rude, and I was right back and said somethings that weren't so nice as to coldness of the call was just that they could care less.. my son got the car for a little over 13k and after 4months they sold it for 5,995.. what a scam!!! Do not get a loan with these people!!!

This finance company along with the dealership CarOutlet are a bunch of crooks. I was sold a lemon, (for those of you who don’t know what it means, a lemon is a vehicle that turns out to have several manufacturing defects affecting its safety, value or utility. Any vehicle with such severe issues may be termed a lemon and, by extension, so may any product with flaws too great or severe to serve its purpose.) I tried to get my money back within the first couple of days and was bounced back and forth between both Total finance and car outlet. I’ve had a ton of issues with my vehicle and they refuse to do anything. The most recent issue which put this car out of commission for the past 3 months, is with the timing chain, tensioner, and possibly the pistons and god knows what else. The repair from Volkswagen was estimated around $2000 to $3000, and that’s it it’s only the timing chain and tensioner. If it needs anything else or if it needs a new engine, I will have to pay more. I recently spoke with David and Ruben from total finance and David threatened to repo the car multiple times if I don’t make the payment, mind you I asked for an extension since I don’t have $3000 to $5000 to dish out for a new engine. I’ve had nothing but issues with both companies. After David finally let me speak after constantly interrupting me with his threats, he told me my only options were to get it fixed on my own, have them repo it, or tow it to their closest facility and maybe they’ll add the charge to the end of my payments. I also recently found out that there was a hidden $9000 fee in my loan, even though my paperwork doesn’t state that it was going to be added on. My agreement was for $14,300 which was over priced for a car that was only worth $4000 in pristine condition with the mileage of 86,000. I had got the car because I wanted to rebuild my credit and it has ruined my life. I’ve had 20+ issues with the car and it’s honestly not worth dealing with them anymore. This car had worked less than half the year I’ve owned it. They refuse to do anything and even blamed me for the issues it had. AVOID THESE CROOKS. Don’t pay over $20000 for a car that doesn’t work.

This company absolutely the worst, I was involved in a hit-and-run situation their only solution was to pick up the car and told me that the pick up my stuff as soon as possible don’t ever ever make business with this people, they don’t care about your money is their priority, I’ll admit I was behind one month and we arrange a payment plan the following month telling them that will pay them in full in one week they refused, talking about customer service is the worst they don’t do nothing, mess over your credit worst experience ever!! I will come with a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau this people are a scam!! Their insurance is the same bs!! Also they’ll pick up your car with out a warning!

DON'T GO HERE. If I can give them no stars I would. They repossessed my vehicle after being 2 1/2 weeks late. I called in told them I was in the hospital and I was off work for 3 weeks in they asked me for my medical records. I didn't disclose that information and I woke up to my car gone.

I have had the worse experience with this insurance company. Every time I call to get an update on the status of my claim they give me the run around. It's been three weeks and every time I call I am told something different by different representatives. When my accident first happened it was on July 6, they were supposed to pick up my car from the tow place on Thursday July 7, never happened. The car wasn't picked up until the following week. Where apparently it has just been sitting there. I didn't know getting estimates would take more than two weeks to come in. I have called several times over the past few weeks and they keep telling me they are waiting on estimates. I called yesterday and they told me they have all the estimates and it needs to go in to review. I received a call from a representative asking me if I would be interested in another car if it is a total loss. A total loss? The damage was just to the bumper and was still drive-able. There is no way that it is a total loss. I called today to get an update and the representative tells me they are STILL waiting on another estimate and they went last night to do an estimate, even though I was told yesterday they have all the estimates. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this insurance company which I had no choice but to get this insurance since CarOutlet gives you no choice. The representatives are also rude and condescending. I was even hung up on a few times. What great customer service (sarcasm). I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will be leaving negative reviews on every directory I can. Everyone should be aware of the customer service they provide and the very little that they do for you when in need. Do yourself a favor save the headache and money and DO NOT do business with Total Finance/ Todo Seguro AND CarOutlet.

If your buying a car do not what so ever if the finance company is TOTAL FINANCE!!!!! When your done paying your car off they hold your title hostage for no reason what so ever. They have been paid in full since April 2018 and it is now 2019 and I still have not received my car title and only response is our department is on it.....

Wish I could give NO STARS OR NEGATIVE. To quote another customer "Currently finance with this company the rudest people work there. They threaten you to make payments and insult you when an arrangement needs to be paid. I hate this company with a passion and look to return my car completely due to the service. Never I mean NEVER do business with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". If this doesn't describe my situation to the T, I don't know what does!! Harassing phone calls, harassing phone calls to FAMILY members when they don't get in touch after ONE phone call. Aren't willing to work with you WHATSOEVER when it comes to financial situations. They take advantage of people who don't have the best credit rating, & then screw you over! Have offered to return the car (which is in better condition than when I purchased it) just to get them off of my back! And the answer is always no! No matter what. NEVER missed a payment and yet every time I am treated by "jesse" like the commission from my payment is making or breaking his paycheck. How sad that they prey on customers and harass them to make their lives a living heck. So embarrassed to have done business with them AND Car Outlet and even a lot more embarrassed that I purchased a 8000$ car and after two years of payments STILL owe 6700$. Completely outraged and will be finding a lawyer who. Can GET ME OUT OF THIS CONTRACT. Literally working JUST to pay this damn car. What an outrage.

If I could give these people -100 stars I would. This is the worst car finance company I have ever dealt with. Talk about a huge eye opener. This is my first time ever owning a car of my own, and instead of these people attempting to work with you, they do the complete opposite. Now I'm not going to lie, I don't usually pay on the payment due date, which is the 14th of every month, mainly because I have other bills that I have to pay. BUT when I do get the money, I usually always pay it WITHIN that month. Last month however was the first time I was actually really behind in my payments, like a month behind. Instead of these people trying to work with me, they called my job harassing people, they called my family members harassing them, all over ONE MISSED PAYMENT. I had talked to someone the umpteenth time they called asking for the payment and me explaining to them that my family were going through hardships and that I just didn't have it for that month and they would have to wait until next week when I got paid again. And the person who I talked to, told me "ok, i'll mark that down" and hung up the phone in my ear. Then they had the nerve to call my job, spoke to my boss, harassing them saying they wanted to start garnishing my wages and they had permission to do so, and when my boss ask for proof my boss never got anything back from them, so it's evident they were just pulling my boss's leg. I know that customer service is hard. I work in customer service. I deal with people on the daily and I know that sometimes, you get some crappy customers, but seriously? I wouldn't even treat my worst enemy like this nor would I even recommend them to this finance company. And they will literally call you day after day for ONE PAYMENT. It doesn't matter if you spoke to someone the day before or what, they'll just keep calling harassing and threatening you. I've just stopped answering the phone all together when they call because I don't feel like hearing what mess they have spewing out of their mouths this time. I don't feel like being harassed. And they shouldn't be harassing me anyway seeing as I have spent literally $5000 dollars on this car because it was a lemon. My uncle went a year without paying his car note and he had a different finance company when he went through hardships (never went anywhere in the car throughout that year) and they worked with him, so that says a lot about this company right there.These people literally have 0 customer service skills. When I finish paying off this car, I'm done. I will never ever finance through this company again.

Lots of negative reviews , but here is the thing you buy a car you need to pay for it . I have never had a issue and have had to make payment arrangements a couple of times they were nice about it . People some advice any company you take a car loan from expects you to pay , that's the way it works . Total finance is ok in my book . I got a really nice car , far payments . Thank-you .

Thankfully i am 75% about done paying for a car that was sold to me 3 x the amount it was worth! Extremely high interest (25%) to be exact! i would never deal with these people in my life.. Got a car from último precio and this is their finance company. And it's like selling your soul to the devil. If your late they say they're trying to help you but they're just thirsty for money. Overpaying triple for what the cars really worth. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Steer clear from these guys if you want a car go somewhere that does not have these guys as a finance company. Big talk over the phone. It's like they wanna hurt you over the phone and belittle you. I am on my 2nd car purchased with Total Finance, and am very happy with the level of service I have received over the last few years. I worked with Yesenia recently when I experienced some financial hardships, and she worked everything out for me so I was able to keep my truck without any problems.
