Whenever I need a loan, this is the place I come to. They are always friendly, and they treat you well. I actually travel past 4 other pawn shops just to get to this Top pawn because they are the Top pawn shop in my book!

Avoid at all costs. They sell broken merchandise then when you bring it back less than 72 hours later after trying it for the first time you are told you can get 1/3rd of your money back. Then they put it back on the shelf without even testing it to verify if it works. Really scummy place with low morals and no consideration for loyalty or honesty. Worst pawn shop in central Texas.

Come here if you want to be treated like a target to be ripped off as opposed to a customer. Sleazy place. I wouldn't send Pol Pot here. Don't even slow down keep driving a few blocks to mustang. Or even across the street.

The Staffat this location are very welcoming, very friendly and very customer oriented. They will help you get the cash you need for the things that you want. The store is also very clean. It’s in a good safe location. The manager is always kind and sincere.

I don't know if the manager/owner put this gal up to this, but selling items (on Facebook marketplace) for a private business while not clearly advertising whom you work is not a good business practice, not even sure about the legality of it. And then you CHANGED the listing as I was on the way to receive it and then informed me it was already sold even though there no mention of you working for a pawn shop. Just a terrible work ethic just to push a sale.

They are always very helpful. Honest and respectful. Great selection of sunglasses,, jewelry and many other items.make this your go to first either buying or selling. Top Cash is Tops!!!

Worst experience at a pawn. they offered me $150 for my ring. Then I took it up the street and got $500 for the same ring. Don’t trust there offers shop them.

This location and manager Daniel are a joke. I went to look for a bike so my bf’s son could use to ride to school. I test drove a bike and noticed the breaks were bad. Purchased it, took it to get the brakes repaired and see what other work needed to be done to make it road safe. The cost of the repairs were $200! I asked the manager for a refund and was denied. (Cost of the repairing the bike and purchase price were more then the value of the bike. ) Asked to speak with a supervisor for days and got no follow up dispute calling for days. As a ER nurse with a bf who is a first responder we both know how dangerous riding this bike would have been. Sad to see this company taking advantage of its community.

Would give them zero stars, but do not purchase firearms from them. They do NOT know what they are talking about and will say anything to make a sell. I purchased a pistol that did not work and when I tried to take it back to them to get some kind of service or it fixed they were not helpful at all and lied about making an appt to get it fixed

The manager Jaime is cooler than a fan and can help you. But the other gentlemen when Jaime is not there is just lazy, good for nothing. I went in to get a loan on a gold necklace and this individual only offered me $40 because that is all I needed the last time. When I asked him to check it out and see how much he can give me he said $40. Went over to National Pawn on Manchaca Rd. and they offered me $400 on a loan. DO NOT do business with top cash unless Jaime is there.
