We appreciate her and the Pipkins Team for going the extra mile. What I think would be a nice touch to their services would be an initial video chat with potential clients so that the comfort level can be established early on in building a new relationship. I hate the fact that I never got to meet in person but her voice was calming and she never appeared to be flustered by the repetitive questions we had. A personal touch would be to add video chat to a few calls like introduction, discussion of DTI and Congrats would have made the difference for us.
