Tom was the best mortgage broker! We started discussing with him over a year ago what we needed to do to be able to buy in this competitive sellers market. He got back to us right away and was always available whenever we had questions no matter how small our questions were. Also, most of the process is online so that made it very easy from the application, uploading documents and signing documents. He got us an excellent rate and was quick to get a pre-approval letter to our realtor when making an offer. He kept us up to date with all of the deadlines throughout the mortgage process.
