    I know of one other Wells Fargo branch that is as horrible as this one but this one take the win for horrible customer service, incompetent drive-thru agents and just down right horrible. No person who works at this Wells Fargo can do their job correctly and they are rude and take so long to do a simple transaction that you would think you are closing your account. They will ask you four to five times the type of bills you would like, they will put your money in whatever account they want regardless of what you say and they have broken drive thru speakers they don't fix or even put a sign up. This Branch needs to hire new employees or shut down entirely.

    I would give zero stars to this location if I could. I've had child accounts for my kids with Wells Fargo for about 12 years and never had a problem. THIS location couldn't even process a check one of my kids got for her birthday. Completely clueless. I'm closing the accounts and taking my money to a real bank.

    In the past this branch has been exceptional, however we had a very negative experience this past month. The new accounts clerk opened an account for my 15 year-old daughter and promised a debit card would shortly arrive in the mail. Card arrived but it turned out to be a ATM card with no privileges outside the bank. In the mean time, my daughter went on a school trip out of state and got stuck having to borrow money from other students until they were able to visit a non-wells ATM far from home. The bank refuses to make good on the non-wells ATM charges and in fact sees this as our fault for not knowing the card was the incorrect version. I have visited the bank branch and called the online number, neither will acknowledge the banks fault nor assist.

    Wells Fargo could have decided to stop automatically penalizing their members during their current financial hardships during the COVID crisis - instead they chose to continually prioritize their profits above the basic needs of those of us who bank with them.

    Although I despise Wells Fargo for all their ridiculous fees, this branch has great people. Friendly and attentive all of the time. If they just had the fee structure of FirstBank I would love it.

    I would strongly suggest you DO NOT make deposits at this branch. The staff is incompetent .They can’t seem to put your money in your account.When that happens , you will wait up to 10 days to get your money in your account ....and you will have to take the time to check every day until it’s done All this because of an incompetent employee and an ridiculous policy This is not the first issue I’ve had with WF. .Im removing all my accounts from Wells Fargo to a bank that has more accountability to its customers.

    Kind of concerned about how this location is handling everything going on. They are having everyone go through the drive thru lanes, but yet they take forever just to do one transaction. I'm not sure if it is a staffing issue but I hope they can get it figured out soon because I'm sure it will make both their lives and out lives as customers easier. If you can, I'd suggest going to another location because all of their drive thru lanes seem to be faster/you can go inside if you're really in a hurry.

    I want to personally thank Heather Koppi, who is a banker at this branch. She is very helpful, friendly and knows what she is doing. She was very quick on her feet to help us out and made sure everything was right for us. Kudos to you, Heather!

    Consistently inconsistent!! Rude and short teller today. Would not assist me. Keeler helped and saved the day. Tried calling the branch three times and got the automated system because they were to busy to answer. Left a mssg for the Branch Manager and he "never got the mssg". Maybe it's just me but answering the phone on speakerphone is very unprofessional, especially when I explain I had an issue with my visit today. Essentially he notified me Keeler put his job on the line by helping me but then proceeded to say since they're so inconsistent I could probably find another teller to do it again for me. What?!? Keeler was awesome and has been for several visits, I think he needs to find a new bank. I will too.
