All the staff at Tom's Pawn shop in Brazoria are excellent, They go above and beyond their job duties, They have always been understanding and have always worked with me on payments ,and it's so nice that they remember their clients names and greet you as is you are an old friend. If I could give them 10 stars I would. This is the only pawn shop I will ever use.Thank you to all the staff at Tom's Pawn shop in Brazoria and I definitely recommend their Business

I bought a console over the phone because I live in Vegas. And I had the pleasure of dealing with Assistant Manager Alisia. She was very knowledgeable of the console and policies with the shipping policies of her establishment.

Been going into toms pawn for some time and the customer service was always wonderful and the employees always seemed so happy to be there! Now that I do work here I see why!! We are from the area, so if we are looking for a good deal we know we can stop in to one of the Tom's Pawn shops. We were driving through Brazoria the other day, and having never visited this location we decided to stop in, and just check out what they had. I have to give a shout out to one of the girls there, Jessica. It's people like her that will bring you back into a certain location. She was able to answer all my questions, about everything I looked at. She was very knowledgeable about the items in the store. She was very friendly and there was no pressure to 'just buy something or leave,' unfortunately sometimes that is the case, but not here. I have to mention that there was an incident that could have escalated rather quickly with an inpatient and very rude customer. Jessica excused herself from us and extinguished the situation quickly, calmly, and very professionally. The customer left with a good attitude. It was very impressive. All the employees were very friendly and seemed eager to help, which made a very nice environment. We finally made our purchase, and thanked Jessica for all the help. Although we live in Lake Jackson and have a Tom's Pawn down the road, I would not hesitate to return to the Brazoria location the next time I'm looking for a certain item, or just looking for good reasonably priced deal!!

Awesome local pawn shop with lots of excellent items. My go to place to get great deals! The finest customer service you’ll come across. Marianna helped me in my last visit and was able to provide all the information I needed and made it a quick and easy visit. Definitely not my last trip there!

A few days ago i came into the store a little confused about what i was looking for, when i was lookin around i was greeted by a young women named Courtney. It was all downhill from there as she fully attentive and knowledgeable of the technology i was looking for she’s a a huge asset to the store :) ... as i looked around it seemed as the other employees were as well. I will definitely be bringing my business back to y’all. 5stars for customer service

Toms Pawn Shops are awesome! We go to all of them. Sometimes we buy, sometimes we have to get a loan. They all give us the best & fair prices either way! If you need to extend your payments they will work with you, so you don't lose your stuff! All of the staff are very knowledgeable, as well as friendly! Clute, Lake Jackson, Brazoria, or Angelton does not matter they are awesome! Highly recommend going to Toms Pawn Shops!!!

It's realy nice coming into the store and being greeted right away no matter how busy it is alisia says hello to everyone. I Have walked into pawnshops and have walked out after not being greeted at all. So ty for hiring good people
