Wells Fargo Bank Highway, Lake Jackson

ATM is always down. Can’t ever get money out without being charged at another ATM because of my work schedule .

This Wells Fargo has normally good service but today the man at the front was the rudest banker alive he questioned me of why I gave my child my bank card and didn’t just Zelle him money besides giving my child my bank card to go get my car fixed he’s absolutely rude he was rolling his eyes attitude all the way he didn’t obviously want to be at work his energy is horrible just made the whole bank look bad…there new staff👎

I had a problem with overdraft fees on my account and David the manager there at the lake Jackson branch was very very professional and helped resolve the matter’s I’ll give you five stars for customer service

Dont trust the posted hours. They will lock up 15 minutes early and refuse to serve you

Very helpful. I asked for a loan and got it that dame day. Of course it depends on your credit score.

I've been with Wells Fargo's for over 20 years, I might not have big accounts but they treat me like I do whether it's in drive up or if I go in. I'm treated with the greatest hospitality & attention would never go to another bank❣️

I guess they close when they feel like it. I got there a few minutes before closing and it was to late by their standards.

No one answers the phone. It’s a bank people not a grocery store you should always answer the phone! All I needed to know was if they still had a medallion guarantee stamp person at this location. I looked online at the add for Wells Fargo states there is one at every location then I found out its only at “Selected” locations. that being said there was not a list of those locations any where to be found. Texas is a big state and you dont want to go driving from branch to branch. I finally found one in Friendswood however i was told I have to make an appointment as she was booked for today. I asked her if she had an opening for tomorrow and her reply was ‘I don’t know”. I told her I would hold while she checked. She replied, “I cannot check you have to make it online.” Are you seriously telling me that you cannot check when your appointments are for the week? And she told me that was correct. I was a banker for a few different banks in my life and if we had customer service like this we would all have been fired. I have time sensitive material and I cannot wait for 2 -3 weeks for an appointment! I am sorry I am a customer and account holder.

I am tied up with my fathers emergency surgery and the outbreak. Aiding my family, then these bank shuts off my account without notice or trying to reach out DO NOT USE Update 11/29/21 Once Again closed my account I broke my foot In pain Gave them updated email to use didn’t use that email They don’t care about your hardships Nor what u r going through I say don’t use Wells Fargo at all do no care about there customers

This place was an extreme disppointment I have banked with them for two years and was continuously disappointed with them. They closed my account two different times without notifying me. The second account they closed was the account I had my direct deposit for work going to. Employees were very nice but I dont trust any of them to handle my money.
