    I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. This was my third attempt for service because the time given was beyond my lunch hour. The service took 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete, and the tires were not rotated. According to thr service writer, the ties were in the yellow for tread wear, so they didn't rotate them. My car has low profile tires, and I was able to get the tips of my fingers inside the tread without feeling the wear bars. They gave me a quote for new tires. I'm not sure I have that kind of time. The price was good. The service was slow.

    Took us in without a scheduled appointment, quickly conducted the routine maintenance much faster than expected, and provided a courtesy shuttle to pick us up and retrieve our vehicle. Everything was smooth and pain-free. Loved it.

    The whole purchase went very well at Ahl Under 10. The next day or so we noticed several things wrong with the car that affected safety and mechanical. After about 5 trips back, they took care off almost all of them, even beyond the 2 month warranty. Some of these issues should have been fixed before it hit the sales lot. For example poorly detailed, a couple burned out brake lights, CV shaft replacemet, rotors turned, engine oil pressure, Even though we tested the AC, we found out it doesn't work... but we test drove the car in single digit weather, not a very accurate test. I discovered the AC issue about a month after the warranty was up. It still shakes at stop lights but they did put a lot of time and labor into fixing what they did and I appreciate that. I'll just have the other issues looked at and repaired by my regular mechanic some day down the road.

    It was so easy using the express lane for my oil change and tire rotation. This was my first experience with Tom Ahl service department. I greatly recommend them.

    Purchased a used BMW from Tom Ahls and when I asked why there was no spare tire the sales person said it was because BMW customers usually do not change their tire they call for a tow. I took my car to a BMW dealership for an appraisal and was told it would be less value because it does not have drive flats which should be standard on BMW since there is no spare. On top of other customer service issues w/ Hyundai sales team I am giving a 2 Star review; we always shopped Tom Ahl but have lost trust. (Purchases June 2021)

    They always do good maintenance work for me and are courteous. On my last visit they turned my automatic headlights off for unknown reasons. My drive home is nearly an hour and it was getting dark out. I was getting flashed by other drivers which seemed odd. It took me a while to realize that I had no headlights since we always have them on auto

    I think Adam helped me yesterday with my 7500 mile checkup yesterday. I got the oil changed and a rear bulb needed replaced of which was done also, with me agreeing that it needed replaced. Adam was very considerate and hospitable and great at explaining at what he did during the checkup on my Palisade SEL, and I understood plainly and clearly everything. I am most grateful to Adam, for taking such good care...not only of my suv (which I dearly love), and also of me too....thank you Adam for taking good care of us yesterday (suv and myself, smile). Am grateful for the time you took to keep the suv running great! Wishing everyone a Great New Year at Tom Ahl...the employees there are wonderful, considerate, ambitious and knowledgeable!

    I scheduled an appt for my 2020 Palisade(which I bought brand new from Tom Ahl) to see why my steering wheel is sticking while I drive it, and paint in grill bubbled. It won't allow me to steer easily. I drive an hour one way, just to be told there's nothing wrong, and I can bring it back if it gets worse. I can't even drive it as it wants to control where I drive!! .. as for paint job, they smashed the bubbled part down and says Hyundai bumper to bumper may not cover it cause it looks like something hit my car. I stated that the paint was not smashed in when I brought my vehicle in, that's how I noticed the bubble. Adam, the service guy says no problem, they'll get it ordered and covered and call me when part comes in. Turns out, Adam misled me, straight up lied to me so I didn't make a scene in garage, casing an argument. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM TOM AHL IN LIMA!

    Tom Ahl is the only place I take my vehicle. The Service department is always very friendly and helpful and they do a great job with my vehicle. I appreciate the courtesy shuttle service that they have available, I had Steve as my driver on Friday and he was awesome and very friendly!

    I’m not a resident of the area but was in need of a tire for my 2021 Tuscan. Charlie in parts went above and beyond searching for a tire because the one I needed was on back order. He found me a comparable tire and had it delivered to the service department the next morning. Upon arrival Ken greeted me and updated me on any “recalls” and there was one that I was not aware of…so thank you to bringing it to my attention! We were in and out in an hour…service was excellent and incredibly courteous!

    We just purchased our fifth car from the Tom Ahl dealerships. We have always found them to be honest. Although they don't negotiate much, they don't try to low-ball customers on their trades, and an internet search has shown that they price their cars reasonably. Plus, they offer something most dealers don't... a no-extra-cost lifetime power train warranty on each car they sell. The showrooms and office areas are first class, and they have an extensive new and used car inventory, including an "Under 10" lot for less expensive used cars. They also have an excellent service department to back-up what they sell. I highly recommend this dealership.

    Just got a new Hyundai from Tom Ahl. First time buyer from Tom Ahl, and I must say I am very impressed with the entire experience. No pressure sales staff, friendly, outgoing and took the time to listen to our needs and what we were looking for. Gave us a great deal too. I shopped around online and no one, and I mean no one be could come close to the deal we received. The salesman took the time to show all the finer points of the car, and more importantly made sure we knew all of the safety features and how to use them. They made sure I got the best value they could offer, and I appreciated their approach. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

    The Staff is here is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I needed to get a decent vehicle fast and Terry was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and listens to your needs as a customer. The pricing here is more than fair which my credit union who is not even associated with the dealership pointed out when I applied for my financing. I never felt like I was being "sold" and there isn't any pressure to opt into extra packages or product. They of course provide you options but ultimately you make the decision. As someone who has worked in sales and have been approached by the "traditional" sales tactics I can firmly say this dealership does not operate that way. They are very customer oriented and truly treat you like family. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from Tom Ahl Hyundai Again!

    Tom Ahl has always given me excellent service. I've gone there for years with multiple cars and never been disappointed. They fix what's needed and let me know if there are other issues I'm unaware of. They let me know what I should take care of now and what I can put off, if I want to spread the expenses out. They respect the fact that I can do a few things myself to save money, but will still let me know when I need to do them. I highly recommend them.

    My Hyundai Sonata is burning oil at 84,000 miles. I took it in to have it checked out, thinking I'm covered by the power train warranty they gave me when I bought the car. It turns out that warranty is pretty much useless unless your car literally falls apart. So I'm very disappointed in my choice of buying a Hyundai and that I let them lull me into thinking that I'm protected if something goes wrong. The service manager was fine and the service department does a good job other than charging too much. I won't buy another car there though. They're not very interested in customer satisfaction.

    Adam is always, always so helpful! He went above and beyond to assist with my tires/locking lug nuts. One thing to mention .. I do much of my contacts and appts online and I was told that the Hyundai Bluelink app service request does not coordinate with the service dept. Although unfortunate for people like me, I wish I knew this - I’ve made appts this way without knowing it presented any challenges. Thanks Service Department for always taking care of our car

    Took our 2021 Kona in for routine service and had body work done previously at another shop. They found additional damage that the the other hadn't fixed! Got with my insurance company quickly and I had the car back in know time. Bodyshop worked seamlessly with the service department to get everything done. Thank you all!

    I bought my 2018 rogue on Sept 11, 2021. I had arranged that date the Wednesday prior. Upon arrival I was given an IOU for paint repair, which I thought would be complete before I picked up the car. Very inconvenient that I have to drop off the only car in my house for something I thought would be complete. Still haven't got it done and don't intend to because it's only done on Tuesdays which is a work day and I need my vehicle. This Saturday 11/20, battery was dying, car was hard to start. Took to my local advanced auto and had battery replaced. Now it is sitting at your shop, after 2 months of ownership, hoping all the issues are covered under the warranty I paid extra for. No car to drive, and I have a child, so hoping she doesn't need anything in the meantime. Not at all happy with my experience at Tom Ahl, and frankly will never purchase another vehicle from there. Just wanted to share. Thank you

    Purchased my ride from Tom Ahl's and when I had an engine light problem , Ahl's got me in , checked the vehicle and fixed it , after finding out it was a major repair . They set me up with a loaner car till my ride got repaired . Ahl's treated me very professionally and respectful .I would recommend to anyone to purchase your next new or used vehicle from Ahl's .

    Service on my vehicle was great. The problem was that I had an appointment for a simple oil and filter change. It took an hour and 10 minutes for the service. Some cars came through the Express Lane were put in front of mine and were completed before my vehicle.

    Stopped in for an express oil change and tire rotation for my Hyundai. I didn’t have an appointment. My wait time in their very comfortable waiting area was just over an hour. This service is free through Hyundai for my 1 year old Tucson. There was no hassle, everyone was courteous and professional. Very satisfied.

    I really appreciate the helpful staff and service from Tom Ahl Hyundai, Lima OH. They were great in dealing with our car’s recalls, and between them and Hyundai Customer Service, got our car up and running again. I will say they need more assistance answering the phones, they just don’t seems to have enough staff for how busy they are ! But very nice, knowledgeable staff , for sure .

    They sold us a SUV. While we test drive it, it had weather tech floor liners. They was gone. It was suppose to be serviced but we had to take it back in bc oil had leaked out every where. Also told us not to worry about last little bit of money we owed. Well 2weeks later they called to tell us we still owed it after they admitted they did say that. The ball joint or bearing is going out. Wow didn't find that when it was serviced. Do not go here. It was all about selling it.
