My experience with this dealership has always been positive. My husband (and I) purchased this Buick back in 2010. He always took care of scheduling maintenance until he died in 2015. Since then, it has been up to me. I feel secure allowing your maintenance program to help me care for this wonderful vehicle. It is still in very good shape. Thank you for the help you provide and for the prompt, careful, and polite assistance.

Service was quick and did t break the bank. I had a full inspection done on my car to try and find what was causing some stalling and unstable engine performance and a mechanic narrowed it down to my car's ECU, I never would've figured that out myself, I wouldn't kept checking mechanical parts. Chris Conrad at the service area desk told me everything that was going on with the car and was excellent at explaining what was going on, making sure I was ok with what they were about to do He even called me at one point to clear up some things with me about my vehicle. If I have any further issues or issues with a new car, I'll gladly bring it to my local Tom Ahl for work.

The Tom Ahl Team is an amazing group of people. I was taking my wife’s truck to Lima Cadillac because it was still under bumper to bumper warranty, but when the truck was no longer under warranty they wanted to overcharge me $236 nearly twice the actual cost of the service just try and make up for the money they had lost over the last year. After getting that almost $500 quote from The service advisor Keith over at Lima Auto Mall I called Tom Ahl Buick GMC and asked them for a quote and it was literally half, they quote $259 and I paid $252 for the transmission fluid flush. From now on Lima Auto Mall will get all of my warranty work but if I’m having to pay for it the Truck is going straight to Tom Ahl because at least I know they’re going to be charging me fair pricing. STAY AWAY FROM LIMA AUTO MALL EVERYONE!!!!

I serviced all my cars/trucks over Tom Ahl and I have never been disappointed, not once. The GMC side did a wonderful job, reception on point and the communication and support was fantastic, one can never expect and thing less, they simply the best.

I had a great experience at Tom Ahl Buick and GMC. I spoke with Braden Bowman who was a very helpful Gent. He took care of everything I needed and answered any questions at all. He was not pushy and only did as I requested. He was even able to supply me with a small can of touch up paint for my vehicle (it was lightly used and had a few very small scratches that only I would notice) free of charge! All in "Ahl" a great experience.

I've purchased 2 cars from Tom Ahl and each experience was exceptional. The staff at the dealership are friendly and knowledgeable. My 7 year old grandson is everything, and I NEVER leave him alone when we are out anywhere together ... I went on a test drive and left him at the dealership...I can not believe I did it ...but for an unknown and out of the norm reason I felt I could leave him and I did ...for me this says more than ANYTHING how the atmosphere at the dealership made me feel. Tom himself spoke with my husband and that was the icing on the car(smile). It was easy and a pleasure. I love my GMC Terrain.

I purchased what was sold as a wrap around extended warranty that was supposed to cover any problems for 4 years or until the car had 75,000 miles on the odometer. I foolishly trusted the sales staff believing that the wrap around policy would cover any problems for the stated time period or mileage. The rear window on my Cascada came lose from the cloth roof. The repair of this is not covered by the policy. I trusted that wrap around was supposed to cover everything only to find out that this policy does not. I did not have a copy of the complete warranty, just the overview and was surprised when the warranty company sent me a copy of the policy that stated that the roof was not covered. Who would have thought that something called a wrap around policy would not cover the whole car? Another interesting point I founding doing some web research is that GM had problems with 2016 through 2019 Cascadas and Camaros having the window separation issue on the convertibles. The service bulletin addresses the problem and recommends replacing the top. You'd think that this would have been pointed out when I purchased the car or possibly addressed prior to selling the car. I have purchased 4 vehicles over 25 years from Tom Ahl. I came back not because of price but because I trusted the dealership. I no longer trust the dealership. I have learned my lesson. The Tom Ahl Family of dealerships is no different than any other dealership and cannot be trusted especially when an extended warranty is being sold.

Dewey was fantastic as a salesman. Kind, polite, professional, and honest. Great experience. Mindy and Tom Ahl were there as well and are the best. They love their customers and go out of their way to show their appreciation.

I was so impressed how fast the staff was able to take care of all the customers. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment there were 5 to 6 cars ahead if me. It was 5 minutes and my car was registered and I was waiting for my car to br serviced. I needed a new tire and several employees researched the best possible service that would fix the problem and at the best price.. I was so impressed and grateful that they found a great answer and the problem was fixed in 24 hours. We have purchased all our cars (9) since 1998 and due to the personal attention and professional work we get from the employees and Mr Ahl, we will never buy a car from anyone else.

Wasn't the best, quality has gone downhill in the past few years. I shouldn't be finding any issues once getting our car back, can't say that for the last two visits we've had with them. Don't know if the mechanics themselves don't give a rip or of they are being pushed to move so quickly that they are missing simple steps. So glad so far the mistakes have been minimal, but what will the future bring. They ended up going above and beyond after the fact. I wish I could give my normal 5 star review as we used to.

Went there to get my free oil change. And they wait until the oil change and then they charged my 60$ and then they told me my free coupon was expired. Even the free oil change never had a expired date on it. You think they could have told me that before they did the work. Never go there again. Won't be buying anymore vehicles from them.

Under warranty the dash light is off, it is fixed oil and filter was covered too with certified GM purchase--that is GREAT!

I was so interested in this car that I was willing to fly to Ohio to make the purchase. I spoke to Ryan about the vehicle. I have to commend Ryan’s honesty. I brought my Hummer in for a replacement of my oil pressure sending unit. I left it on Friday as a work in. The service department was closed Saturday & Sunday. They called me before noon on Monday and said they were done. It was very reasonably priced for my service.

I came to Tom Ahl and met with Randy Davis. I was looking to buy a new Gmc. Randy helped me find the right car for me within my budget. It had all the bells and whistles I was looking for. He was willing to do what it took to find me the car I wanted. Randy gave me no pressure and I think he sincerely takes care of his customers.I left feeling excited about not only driving away in a new car but that I gave my hard earned money to a business who hires good people. I truly believe Randy Davis was happy for me and not just that he sold a car. He's for real!

My son's car was a complete mess and thanks to Vince and the team at Tom Ahl Chrysler he has it back and it is running after eight long months. !!!

Worst experience I ever had . Paid $97 for diagnostic and was told they think it’s crank sensor, and when thy fixed crank sensor check engine light came on same day as I pick my car up . Mine you I was in a rental that cost me $191 for that whole week . I take my car back there and they stated that it was a bad turbo a waste gate issue and that it would be $3000 plus tax to get fixed. Why couldn’t they just tell me this the first time . I paid $97 for bad diagnostic $191 for rental , $150 for crank sensor , and to top it off my left front tire had a slow air leak and I told them to go ahead and fix it and they charged me $17 more dollars and never fix it ! By far the worst experience ever !!!

I have used others for repairs but not anymore. The service I received as well as the price speaks volumes for this dealership

My experience with Tom Ahl dealership has been so super smooth and so much easier than I ever expected. I bought the car from Ahl for Less from Steve Luke (definitely ask for Steve!) he answered all of my questions and made buying a car not so scary. I recently had a issue with my new used car and got to experience the service department at Tom Ahls. So so quick and helpful. They weren’t sure when they’d get to my car because they were pretty backed up but miraculously they got to my car that day and had it back to me and fixed by the time they thought they’d get a chance to look at it. I definitely recommend everyone in Lima go to Tom Ahls and just see how buying a car now a days has changed so much. You’ll definitely be pleasantly surprised ☺️

I can say a lot about Tom Ahl and his staff but I will put it this way I have bought my las 4 vehicles from there for me my kids I will never go to another dealership anywhere. They went ahead and repaired a deep scratch on the back of the car. And they're going to detail the car as well. For finance we dealt with Wade Wright, finance manager. Both gentlemen were great to work with.

The body shop did a great job of getting my vehicle taken care of and keeping me informed on the insurance process.

I was very impressed by the whole purchase process at Tom Ahl. I had never had a dealership give so many benefits (option for Ziebart, extended warranty that was reputable, calling your insurance company to let them know of the new vehicle, and personalized follow up and care by the salesman during the process). I am used to the dealership being very interested in my business until I have bought a vehicle, and then they let you go after that and if you have problems with the new vehicle there is a begrudged response. Thank you very much.

We bought a used GMC Yukon XL from Tom Ahl back in 2013. We lived in Denver and the only reason we bought from across the country was because of the free lifetime powertrain warranty that came with the vehicle. Fast forward 8 years and we needed to replace our transmission. After talking to numerous managers at Tom Ahl, they found a convenient reason to not stand behind their promised warranty. I will never buy here again. They aren't honest and don't stand behind what they sell.

Great dealership to do business at. My salesman Trevor Howery was great and spends the extra time to go over the features of the vehicle. And extra props for getting me my new truck even before it was unloaded.

Just had my 2015 Buick Regal in to get serviced. The whole process was quick and easy. They always take GREAT care of all our repair needs. Hard to get a loaner vehicle, but the quality of service is tremendous!

I had been watching for a specific truck with specific features. This one showed up on the GMC website and I immediately called to see if it was available. The vehicle was in transit and not yet spoken for! First contact on Tuesday - by Friday I was driving this home. The dealership experience was great - we did most of the delivery work before I even arrived and Trevor was excellent at going over the features with me. You expect bad experiences when visiting a dealer? You won't have that at Tom Ahl!

All of the issues my vehicle had were addressed promptly and efficiently. They are so helpful with the whole process and inform you of every thing that needs done and the price/ costs involved. Very good about finding rebates available also. No complaints. Definitely confidence and satisfaction!!!

I didn’t make an appointment but just dropped my truck off for an oil change & tire rotation around 8 am on a Monday. They took all my info & checked all my lights. My husband followed me over to take me back home. I asked how long it would be & they said not long. At other places of course I’ve heard that before, that’s why I had my husband follow me over there so I wouldn’t sit there for several hours. It was just less than an hour when they called to tell me it was ready to pick up. So fast!! I would have waited if I’d known it would be that quick! Very pleased with their service! They were fast & very nice to daa was al with. I get coupons from them & the 8.qt oil change with tire rotation was only $47.95. I had reward points too & they helped me redeem some of them so I only paid $12.95. That was icing on the cake. I always have my oil changed at Tom Ahl’s service.

Its been 10 yrs since I had to jump back on a car lot and a lot has changed for the better, no hassle very respectful and helpful employees and best of all the warranties that they have are out of this world it’s nice to own a hassle free vehicle that will be around for the next 15 plus yrs. My association with Ahl's goes back over 50 years and has always been the best...At one time, I did all the radio commercials for Bill Ahl Buick on my radio show, "It's Happening With VaLaire" on WIMA radio. When it was time for a commercial, Bill would send a salesman and we would do the commercial together. If he wanted to promote the LeSabre he told me to do it alone since I always drove LeSabres.. I had my own tag line.."Dollar for dollar, mile for mile, there's no better car on the road today for you and your family than the Buick LeSabre ...How do I know? I drive one".... And everyone in Lima knew I drove one.. I was devastated when GM stopped making them! Of course, I bought another Buick (from Tom) but I still miss my LeSabre...... I'm now 95 and as long as I can drive, I'll be a Buick driver and Tom Ahl customer.......

Tom Ahl has lacked the professionalism to recognize I needed headlight replacement twice, failed to inflate my tires routinely, during that last 2 auto service appt’s. But the reason I rated this 3 is the cost was lower than the local lube shop which now I have to go to to ensure all issues addressed as they recognize my auto needs.

I bought a used 2019 Chevy Equinox Premier from Tom Ahl this past week. I was able to pick out the car, negotiate the price, and have it delivered to my home without ever stepping into the dealership. Tom Ahl and my salesman Randy Davis were excellent. Tom and Randy were more than fair in their deal and even generous in my trade-in allowance. I highly recommend Tom Ahl. I live in Cleveland, OH and the Ahl dealership is 3hrs from home, yet Randy gladly delivered my Equinox to my door and took my trade back. Never bought a car like this before, but it is a great way to do it.
