I had no complaints until I needed help and answers. I've been a member for at least 10 years. Car loan, credit card, and a couple of accounts. Received a new debit card that inexplicably didn't work, so they sent a new one. Yes, both were activated and no I had not applied any restrictions to either card, yet the card(s) never worked. First call to customer service regarding the second card, the young lady asked 2 questions, one of which I had already answered. Then she transferred me. They were clueless but offered to transfer me back to where I originated. So I called back and was told my card had been flagged for fraudulent use. How, I never successfully used it. Her solution was to adjust the settings so I could use it, but only in my home state. Not helpful since I travel 5-6 days a week. Well sir you could call from each state so that we can adjust the settings until it is used to your spending habits. Most absurd thing ever. Called the fraud department to no avail, but they did suggest I call member services again. No thanks. Closing all accounts upon returning home.

Numerous issues over the years from a troubled total system overhaul, to replacing debit cards all on a single day, to other features not working correctly and cannot access my funds and always get, were sorry, will pass it on. When I come thru drive thru I have to wait cause only have 1-2 tellers available on front or even inside. Amazing not ever enough people to help their customers yet we can spend $ and change our name numerous times cause that's more important then opening more branches in metro east. When I ask to speak to the President of the Credit Union and then get dismissed it was time to leave and go elsewhere. Last day I closed my account no one even said anything to me, I was like Bye

I had a simple question about an issue I was having so I called the support number. The woman on the phone was incapable of understanding a very basic question. She literally asked me to repeat my question 8-9 times. At that point I assume she still didn’t understand it so she read a scripted message at a rapid pace, said “have a nice day”, and then hung up on me. I had a simple question about a check hold… I have banked here for more than 10 years but I will no longer be doing business with TCU after seeing how incompetent and rude the employees are.

The website and app are horrible. They make it sooo complicated to make payments on anything. Hoping to refinance to another bank mostly due to the inconvenient and not-so-user friendly site/app.

I would not recommend banking with them. They are not for the people. They do not give loans and they are quick to charge for so many fees. They once attempted to charge me an overdraft fee because they said that I had too many pending transactions. That makes no sense! It's been nothing but an inconvenience banking with them which is why they have changed their name.

I’ve been trying to access information in my account for the last two days and a blonde girl in this branch did not want to help me with any information other than the fact that she couldn’t do anything to help me right now and she was not willing to provide any other information for me about my account for being held up or anything that we could do to speed up the process she very clearly just did not want to deal with me but I talked to the manager Mike today and he was super helpful super friendly and very much so wanting to solve my problems and help me with my issue.

I have done business with Together Credit Union for about a year now. I think they have great customer service and reasonable fees/ rates. I have to give a personal shoutout to my member relations specialist Heather Stork. Heather is awesome she always gets back to me quickly when I call is knowledgeable and very helpful. Having a contact person as helpful as Heather makes baking and loans so much easier.

I've been trying to get some credit card statements from 2021 - they changed my account number and I can't get them online. It's been 3 weeks since they originally promised to mail & email them I still haven't received them! I'm at Together hq to get them and no one seems able to do this simple task. Don't bank here - unless you're fine with ZERO customer service.

Worst credit union to deal with when getting any kind of loan. Costomer service is the worst I've seen. Will not allow payment of loans on weekends. The pay site is trash as well. Steer clear, there are plenty of other banks that take pride in service.

The credit union lost $800.00 for a bill pay. I called for twice for help and no one reached out to me.

I have been using the St. Louis hill's branch for years. They have always been extremely helpful. They have always worked hard for my family. My father was a member and was able to help me become a member. Everyone from the branch manager to the tellers have always gone the extra mile to help get us the loans and information needed to get loans account help and any other service we have needed. They always help cheerfully and without question to get the job done. I'm happy to be a member and I'll keep my accounts and future loans there as long as the credit union is there. Thanks for treating me as "family" Every time we come in the door.
