Crystal and Angel provided the best customer experience I have ever had at Ace or any other place for that matter. I had many problems online and they provided a fast solution to pick it up the same day in the store. A big shout out and thank you to you both.

Tina and Crystal were great I didn't know that if you order the card online you can actually get your own photos and personalize it the doggies on the regular on the regular one card that they offer turn me on but now I can put my own dog on there and that be awesome great service friendly people Crystal and Tina you rock management you got to be proud the store is off of Grand right by the burger place

I use their services. They offer a lot of services and a lot of different areas. Some are reasonably priced and others are kind of high for being a check-cashing facility , I guess their prices are about the same as anywhere else. I've always been treated with respect and kindness fron every employee. They all are very knowledgeable about their services and answer your questions with detailed answers. Due to it being in a high volume area the place usually has a bunch of patrons waiting to use their services. So the waiting can be long at times.( it doesn't help that some of the customers aren't very bright and can't understand simple percentages amongst other things.) I would say that the men whom work there are by far the better workers with the best customer care. And I would say the worst part about it all would be the homeless people who walk up and down the street asking for money all day long everyday and it's always the same 3 people. So be prepared to get asked for money before you go in and definitely when you come out.

I used this service once before (my very first time) the process was smooth and easy. I recently went to this location and a new lady said she verified my employee number on my check but said that she needed to call a supervisor at my job to verify that I actually work/worked at the business that issued me the check. She tried to contact a supervisor at 730pm on a Saturday... obviously no one answered the phone. My first time cashing a check of the same type I did not have to do this and was issued funds in as little as 30 minutes. My Job has a proof of employment category in the onboarding portal for situations like this but she refused to accept it. Basically accusing me of fraud, saying if she couldn't speak with a person on the phone then she couldn't cash the check. Will not return.

I had a simple smooth process. Came in to withdraw money from my card and Terrell was very helpful with the task at hand. Super friendly and professional customer service.
