Todd was one of several lenders that I was pre-approved through. He offered the lowest interested rate, and continued to work to lower the rate throughout the process by keeping an eye on the rate. I couldn't have been more happy with my interest rate! Todd was extremely available/responsive when I needed to communicate with him. The process was absolutely painless as Todd and his team made sure that I correctly completed the many different documents including in the home buying process.
