As first time homebuyers we didn’t know anything about the process. Mike walked with us every step of the way and was always available by call, text, or email to answer the smallest questions. He was proactive in updating us on the status of our loan and even when he had to unexpectedly be on leave he connected us with a colleague who was just as responsive. He communicates effectively and run’s his business efficiently, to the point where he will answer questions before you ask them...apparently, he’s done this a time or two.
