I wish I would have gone with Todd when I first bought our house-- he was super helpful in explaining EVERYTHING. I did my refinancing with Todd and though we had some hiccups in the process-- he did everything in his part to get it done! He is available almost 24/7!!! I think this def. made a difference for me. Todd helped me out with refinancing my home. He did a lights-out job. From start to finish, the process only took 3 weeks. The lender I was using prior to Todd could not get the deal done after 4 months & I finally decided to kick them to the curb and go with Todd. I was astonished to see that we closed inside of 3 weeks. I couldn’t believe it, considering my previous lender could not get it done in just over 4 months time.

Todd has been our go-to guy numerous times now. He always finds the best rates and gives us the no BS straight forward info and gives advice based on his experience and knowledge.
