I used A+ Credit Union for my auto loan. They were amazing. They beat all finance charges at the time and were SUPER easy to deal with. Their Customer Service was outstanding and their website is a breeze to deal with. When it comes time to purchase a new car, ill definitely use them again. In the meantime, im going to enjoy a few years of being DEBT FREE! Thank you for being such a customer friendly banking institute.

A+ Federal Credit Union has fast and friendly service, they are always willing to help with whatever banking needs I have. I am In and out in a zip, no long lines or wait times. You are greeted with a smile and they remember your name the next time. I support my local bank not some big conglomerate that treats you like a dollar $ign.

I had a great first experience with A+ years ago when they took my loan over. I did a refinance with them and was able to improve my terms. Jessie was very helpful throughout the process and helped me navigate the process with ease. I would recommend A+ to anyone who needs an loan.

This is the worst company. I can’t wait to change companies.. Their process on anything is horrible. So if you work in the plants please go to a company better then them. I would not suggest this company to anyone especially if you don’t live anywhere near a facility/ branch. Over the phone is a joke. First time I called I waited almost 3 hours to speak to someone. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere, and do not lease from a plus. It’s hard to make payments and I have never been late on paying my bills until I got with this company

So helpful and quick! As a new account memento, I accidentally processed a payment twice and was in a bind - but I called and got immediate service and had the issue fixed within a few hours. Great first experience!

Two separate customer servicesreps had the opportunity to "get it right the first time" and didn't causing me a significant delay in accessing my funds. A simple wire transfer could have been done, but the CSR didn't follow through with me to explain any options for accessing funds, the result was no funds when I needed them. I was told E-services called, there were no incoming calls from A+, just my outgoing calls. Hmmm. Lots of long wait times on hold, still long waits when I was put on hold, then disconnected, to call back (33 minutes & still no one accepted my call), lots of apologies, no fixes. The need to coach CSRs after being hired tells me A+ is not properly training on the front end at hiring. We don't deposit funds to be told you can't access them. My account will be closed.

Was never happy with this union, but kept it as a 2nd place to have money on the side. One time I had a branch manager tell me I couldnt deposit a personal check from my father because I didnt have enough funds on my account to do it!? I should of closed my account that same day. They take 3 to 4 days to complete a transaction, causing you to go overdraft, and then they charge $29 for being negative on your account. Im just sticking with my other unions.

The best thing I could have ever done was join A+ Federal credit Union and it has been nothing but a blessing to me I love the good customer service everyone is friendly they are truly there for the people and they can help in any way financially that's what they're there for I am proud to say I'm a member because they are there for the members for that I am truly grateful I've had nothing but a good experience since I became a member a few years back

My parent’s refinanced a vehicle with A+ in January 2022. Loan process was not complete until late March. Completely incompetent group of individuals at this location. They don’t even know how to change lien holder on insurance policy.

Eric, the credit unions manager at the Bastrop, Texas location, was very personable and friendly. He was also very thorough. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable. He took the time to answer all our questions. It is nice to know that there are people like him and his team to help the credit union members. Especially people like me that struggle with this newer high tech world.

The best possible service. My regular bank would not help. This credit Union was more than glad to help me take my deposit with a friendly disposition and smile. So much easier. Just took minutes to make the deposit of many coins. I need to think of the credit Union more often for many services. So glad I belong to this credit Union

All staff are friendly and efficient. A special shout out to Phillip Ramirez who assisted me with a IRA rollover transfer - all done via email/docusign. Not having to fight traffic/make a special trip to the bank was greatly appreciate. I go to the A+FCU on 290 in Austin, Texas. Today I went to my safety deposit box then deposited some money and got some small bills. The man that took me to my safety deposit box, the lady that helped me with the cash and deposit, the lady at the front and even the janitor were polite and helpful. This is a really helpful and friendly Credit Union. My granddaughter was the first person in our family to join A+ when she was in high school and she asked me to join. I've been pleased with them ever since.

Juliana Hickman is the absolute worst loan officer I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I delivered proof of insurance to her 4 times. She claims we never gave her policy info and A+ attempted to charge us sky-high prices with their insurance. Juliana does not know how the refi process works. She doesn’t even know how to change lien holder on insurance policy. Do yourself a favor, seek a loan elsewhere.

This Bank really tries to steal your money. I have deposited through the atm several times. Then my online banking states that APlus credits and then removes my deposit. I then have to call and ask where my money is?! They will tell you that the atm spit it out a minute later. Then you have to waits weeks to get your money back until they "count" the atm money. Such BS. this has happened to my Wife and my niece on several occasions. IMAGINE how many others this has happened to????! KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT RECEIPTS! Its the only proof you have that deposit was even made!

Loving My New Credit Union they extended my Car Loan and gave me a personal loan even when I Had No previous relationship with them my own credit Union I established a 4 year relationship with didn’t do that for me

Great all around, been a member for years. Unfortunately, my only complaint would have to be when I asked for a small personal loan to help out with a few bills they took a while to let me know weither or not I was approved. I'm still waiting for their response.

I had the best experience with A+ Federal Credit while getting a loan for a car. Literally everyone I talked to on the phone were SO nice and extremely helpful. Shout out to Linda, Stephanie, and Brittany (or was her name Tiffany?) for easing my mind during the process! We had gotten a loan for a prior car from them and so glad we went with them again. Our teller was courteous and efficient. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the longer than normal wait. This was because of the lack of people wanting a job, not because of the work place or the workers who were there.
