Todd Bessegato Motto Mortgage Borrowers First Interstate 45 N, Spring

I recently closed on a home using Motto Mortgage. It had been almost a year long process of building a home. Todd and his team were persistent with keeping me updated and helping make sure we had all the appropriate records/documentation needed for the underwriting process. He was also very proactive in ensuring that we got the best interest rate possible. Todd worked diligently to make sure that everything was in order so that on my end, there were no hiccups in the closing process. I felt well-taken care which helped in such a stressful housing climate.

I had a great experience working with the team at New Homes Program. I gained a lot of knowledge from Audrey and Manu, they were wonderful and they were very helpful during the home ownership process.

This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Todd Bessegato and his team for my mortgage service needs. He and his team are professionals that make a traditionally high stress experience go with little or no stress. Big thanks to Todd Bessegato for another job well done.
