My overall experience at Energy Capital Credit Union is outstanding. Cassie Hayes assisted us with both of my accounts. Plus, the credit union has more options to choose from. Glenn was a great help in getting our vehicle financing. We got the best interest rate available. The dealership couldn’t believe the rate! The savings in interest allowed us to purchase other packages including extended warranty and road side assistance. Most was handled by phone with a quick visit to sign papers. In and out, no issues. Glenn Roden took the time to work with me to get me the loan that best fit my current needs and situation. He also advised me on how to improve my credit score and which loan options would benefit me down the road to improve interest rates, etc. He provided excellent and prompt service and was very knowledgeable about all of my options!

Garret, (Branch Manager) and another lady (not sure the name) helped me with several things regarding my checking and savings acct. He went out of his way to contact one of my customers bank to give me access to my money before the weekend, anytime people go thus far to help you is a great sign. This ECCU location is in GREAT hands!!

Not a good experience today at your location. In short here my experience. Teller Ebony assisting a customer ahead of me the customer has to step out. Teller Ebony ask nature of my visit I state open new check account. She tells me one second. The customer ahead of me returns and finish his business... Teller Ebony asked if he wants to open new check/savings he declines and leave. My turn to be assisted. I inform Teller Ebony that I want a check account. She goes over different over options. I pick my option. Then all of a sudden she can't get into the system to complete set up process. Why offer an account to previous customer if she knew her system was down? Why act like she could help me if she knew her system was down? She goes through all the steps just tell me to come back tomorrow. No one in the building could do the simple task of opening up check account. Wow. Then she ask for me to leave my social security number on a piece of paper with her after she made a copy of my DL. Lady I don't know you! Might scamm me.

This is the first time I have gone through a painless car loan application and getting the rate I wanted. Glenn Roden at ECCU had everything prepared for me before we had ever met. I submitted my loan application online. He walked me through the process, explained all my options, and issued the choices I had made without pushing to add options I did not want. Glenn is a very knowledgeable and customer oriented individual. He really cares for his clients.
