I highly recommend this bank, i have had nothing but success and support from the staff here. Anytime i need anything i simply email the manager and within minutes everything is resolved for issues to just a simple question. This facility does whats best for your interest instead of how to keep you in financial debt.

Everyone is always accommodatingly to my needs. They always are very fair in helping their customers concerns. Ive been a member of TMHFCU for about 10 yrs and have always felt as if my membership matters.

I am new to Tallahassee and needed a bank that had Saturday hours. TMH was just what I needed. However, when I started going inside the Branch is when I noted poor consumer service. I have noted this behavior 4 times in the past 60 days. I am considering withdrawing my funds and starting over with another bank.

Money was stolen out of my account they didn’t replace it now I get paid from my job and their taking money out my account now. I’ve been with them for over ten years and this has never happened to me now they just act like there’s nothing they can ever do.

Mrs. Susan Smirolla is the best EVER and always helping anytime I need it also getting things done super fast. I highly recommend this bank over any other around.

These folks are excellent and their manager is outstanding. They are very silent of never giving things to others without checking accounts, and the peoples are very helpful with a person who is trying to get things setup with their items. Things are very true to the day so if you look at your system you can be happy for you as not having to call and ask if it's true.

have called this place to fix my card because it dosent work ive called the right number 4 times and still no pickup or callback pretty annoying

There are better banks in town with more professional staff.
