Always a new teller that doesn't know how to do their job. Customer service is the worst but what do you expect for minimum wage. Wants an account number just to make change. It's places like this that makes me tell as many people who will listen not to use them. I always dread going in there each month for work.

We needed a notary after the Postal Plus didn’t have a notary on staff ( when they said they would have one until closing). Elizabeth Chase was awesome, she got us right in and got our documents signed snd on our way. Thank you very much!!!

Terrible customer service and rude. Worthy of 0 stars. Waited in the drive thru for over an hour just to cash a check. Watched staff leave as I waited. Very unorganized and unproductive. It seems as though they have one employee for all four drive thru lanes. I literally watched a car at the front wait for 30 minutes. Would never recommend banking here.

The main reason I like this bank and credit union is they have the lowest interest rates of all the credit unions I've dealt with and have rewarded me with higher credit or cash advance in appreciation of my on time payment history, but as to the complaints by some of the reviewers on this site I cannot say to their experiences other than to remind folks that they may be restricted to one or two cashiers at drive through because of covid 19 restrictions.

I applied with you on Thursday. You didn’t respond. Nothing Friday. Saturday, I call you, "everyone is busy." I was pre approved in minutes with Quicken Loans. And CitiMortgage. I called you on Saturday, everyone was busy. I waited till Noon Monday, still nothing from you. I went with CitiMortgage. I like to deal local, but I also like to get things started in less than a weeks time.

Wouldn't even file a dispute on a fraudulent pending transaction. Lady then said they can get the money back and then lied. They don't care about you. All they want is your money and it sounds like they were in on the scams since they don't want you to file disputes for fraudulent transactions

I've been with TLC for years. If I could change anything about my banking exsperince it would be to have a grace period for a over draft before being charged a fee. With that being said I have been allowed to have many of the fee's waived in the past when asking them if they could do so. I would recommend anyone to bank with this credit union, they have a great staff at all locations and really go beyond what any other finacial institutions have done for myself as well many others. They also have a great savings account program for children that allows a account to be started with as little as 5 bucks! Not to mention the financial education they provide first hand to children in the local schools. My house hold will always be with them.

The best bank i have ever worked with. Any time i needed them yhey were and are here for my help. I will be working with this bank for the rest of my life. Thank you for your services. I am so proud to say that i am a member of TLC.

I would give zero stars if I could. Sat in drive through for over an hour watching staff leave. Customer service is awful I will never bank here.
