I lived in Tillamook County almost 7yrs (2009-2016). I moved to Mobile, Alabama in 2016 and I still have my paycheck direct deposited there. They have taken great care of my account over the years so why change credit unions. Dr Scott

Dina B is seriously amazing. I called in the final hour of the day to request a month old loan payment to be backed off and refunded for personal financial reasons coming up and after a few minutes she was able to work with her supervisor and get me the repayment, even though I was basically on the borderline of the timeframe for backing the payment off. Dina and her supervisor Jen (longview, WA branch) just saved me from some really hard times. I can't thank you enough. Shining employees here. Be thankful you have them, Fibre!!!

Went in for a shared branch transaction. This bank is HUGE for a small town. The teller proceeded to ask me 50 questions before they let me deposit money into my account. I can understand being thorough but I shouldn’t have to answer a billion questions to make a deposit. They were nice and friendly though and besides the shakedown it was a pleasant experience.

Loved the bank till.the merge Now I've had nothing but issues with them holding direct deposits till after auto withdraws come out and a fee has been charged. Then they put my money in. You can't see pending charges and they hold charges for days at a time before charging them all at once. And the staff is always rude when you do try to work with them.

Best deposit rates and loan rates in town. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice people if your here long enough doing banking and need to use the bathroom don't bother they don't have one for loyal customers

The service is usually fast and reliable, until you have to do more than one transaction or have any issues with your account of any kind, then the tellers get testy that you're making them do their jobs. They also threaten to close your account and ban you from ever banking with them again if you file fraudulent charges more than once.

We love our TLC! They have been working hard and have always treated us right! Very good community bank for almost everything you need. Highly suggested. Thanks TLC Fibre for all your hard work especially during this time of uncertainty :)

They take forever to receive your call and I been waiting 2 days to get my card handled with so I can have my money all in are I much rather have stuck with US bank
