The two guys who helped me at TitleMax were absolutely awesome. Alex and Dakota immediately introduced themselves when J walked in and got me rolling without having to wait a single minute. Alex was quick at answering my questions, Dakota was quick at taking the pictures of my car and doing some of the preparation work. They made a good team. I've never gotten a title loan before, but they made me feel very comfortable about it all, explaining the process and trying to get me back to my day. These guys are good at what they do, and they made me feel really good walking out the door. They really helped me out of a financial jam.

Absolutely amazing! Lost my car some months back but needed some cash for a few bills and didn't have a title, but they were able to give me a personal loan instead. Alex was so kind and patient and answered all my questions and helped me work out a good payment plan. Really grateful for the pleasant experience with such a rough month!!

Mr. Keith gave me great, customer service from the moment we spoke on the phone. When I came into the office he was very helpful and polite. He definitely knows the business inside and out. He is good at what he does he told me when I walked in the door he was going to help me and that's what he did. I recommend title Max on Laurens road, but I hughhi recommend seeing Mr. Keith if your in need of some extra cash to help you out.
