I am soooooooo pleased with this location and overall this company. Life has hit hard in this last year with Coronavirus and all the surrounding madness that came along with it. I'm not normally one to want to sell the possessions that I own but I had to take out a title loan on my vehicle to make it through and this location has been heaven sent! I can't speak for every title loans through title max, I've only had the pleasure of dealing with store 3120 white horse road location. No, i dont get any perks from this other than excellent customer service, which is definitely needed during this pandemic. Carmen really made this process as painless as possible and got me MORE that what i expected. You want good costumer service, quick service, and you short on cash? Come to title max 3130 white horse rd location...you'll thank me later.
