Came in to Title Max in need of a loan. Mr. Mike Gail had welcomed us in with major hospitality and dedication. He went above and beyond to help us get the title loan quote that we needed. Great environment . 10/10

I went in and was greeted immediately and taken care of in a prompt manner. Very short wait. They get folks in and out as quickly as possible. There was an issue on the lenders end though, which made the process take longer for me, but nothing I felt was excessive. I got the loan and was on my way. I paid it back within a few days and only incurred about $39 in interest. These loans are great if you plan on paying the money back quickly. Otherwise, this probably isn’t the best option for you. The longer you take to pay it off, the more money you owe. Don’t get a title loan if you’re not going to pay the loan off quickly. That’s the bottom line. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this service for anyone who is responsible with their money and makes payments on time.

Worst experience ever. They legally rob you, are rude and have the worst customer service ever. Avoid at all costs

I came back for a add on to a previous loan that I had just paid off. Penny a new employee rocked out the process only have been here a couple months. Definitely recommended and ask for Penny for all your business and personal loans.

Kathy was the absolute greatest help ive ever received! She was very kind and respectful. She made the whole process quick and easy to understand. I would highly recommend her and this company to anyone who might be in a pinch.

Just got a loan & was helped by a an amazing worker by the name of Nicasio & he was amazing and did everything professional even when there was trouble with the computers that was out of his hands. He made sure that we understood everything before securing the loan & made sure we were comfortable with the payment amounts. I will definitely work with him and Iole again. Great people.

Great service during a difficult time. Emergency help financially needed and they were there with help and understanding that until things go back to normal, some of us are at the mercy of the government for money. Nice to know they care enough about people to not repo cars during a worldwide crisis, helping ease some of the anxiety that we are all feeling. Thank you again!

Run and don't look back. Arrogant, prideful and disrespectful. Just spoke to the director for assistance because of this virus, and he said he cant help unless i have paid them 1-2 times the loan amount in interest!! Doesn't matter if you can't feed your family, just how much money they have made from you. How much and for how long they have juiced you dry. Don't be fooled by the nice people at the store. This company will juice you for every penny you got. RUN and don't look back, seriously.

Terry was phenomenal and explained everything thoroughly. He was even able to get us a minimal interest rate. The service was fast and courteous!

I recently visited this store to find out what my options would be if I were to need a title loan in the future. I had the pleasure of meeting an employee named Kathy who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the process. She explained the options and procedures in a detailed manner, clearly demonstrating her expertise in this area. She was also friendly and personable, which is very helpful when making major financial decisions such as getting a title loan. The entire experience was very pleasant, mainly because of Kathy, and I would recommend others to use this store if they need to take out a title loan.

Kathy was a HUGE help & very welcoming. She provided me with the most phenomenal customer service and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile to have me leaving happy! :)

Kathy is the best of the best! She is so understanding and polite which made me feel so comfortable with the 3 title loans that I borrowed.
