Thank goodness Alan is there and he understands what great customer service means. I would gladly give him 5 stars but as far as the phone call that was not from Alan, I would only give a 1 star review. When you demand someone to show up in your store because they can only speak to you, and then you aren't even working is not good customer service. I had to miss time at work because I was demanded over the phone to come into the store all to set up a payment arrangement that could have been done over the phone! Waste of my time and also lost 2 hours of pay because of it. You want your money, but if I can't work, you can't get it!

Please completely read the contract before you sign it. I borrowed $1500 and was going to pay back over $10,000 if I make the payments like scheduled. Also one month I got behind and was called every day. I told him I would pay what I could weekly until I could catch it up and that wasn’t good enough. I did pay $50 weekly and it didn’t even cover the interest. So the next month came around and they did a pick up order on my car. I paid it up and paid off the back interest on a Friday. They did not withdraw the pick up order in my car was picked up that Sunday. To get my car back was gonna cost me over $2500 and I lost my car. I was behind because my husband passed away. Yes they will loan you money really fast on your car title but it will cost you more than you realize. Go through a finance company and they deal with you better . If you’re ever late you can get a deferment. Unless you’re planning on paying this off in one lump sum the interest is atrocious.

Having gone through this particular Title Max, I had a bad taste in my mouth. I went in the other day and met the new store manager Heather, she was amazing and sweet. The process was so quick and painless. I am glad I went back when I did, this store will have a customer for as long as they keep Heather here!

I had to obtain a loan quickly for an unexpected incident. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of going through a bank, so I turned to title max in Seneca for help. The loan process was simple and their staff; especially Heather Holbrooks was amazing. They helped me when I was in a bind and treated me with more compassion and professionalism than I could have ever expected. I will definitely use them in the future if the need should arise.

I can into this office on Wednesday not know what they could get me on my car. I sat down with miss. Courtney and she ask what I needed and she was able get me just enough to make it to where I could make it until my next pay day and she was very helpful. She help me to know that just paying the regular payment that I would be paying back some much money but if I could pay a little over that payment that it would help me to pay off a little earlier.
