M&M Tax Service Sandifer Blvd, Seneca

I've been going here for YEARS!!! This year was the WORST EVER! My tax form is was filed out incorrectly. I found out over 21 days later that I owe! Not to mention charging me $800 in fees! I feel like I should get some sort of refund. There is 2 people that check the forms and they still get it wrong! NEVER AGAIN! I will be contacting corporate. If I could give a "-5⭐" I would!

The ladies there were very patient and nice. They made sure I understood everything and helped me get back all the money I deserved. I am completely satisfied with their services.

This past week I visited with the M & M tax On location in Seneca SC... I received great customer service and the team was very informative.

These lady's are absolutely awesome!!!! I used them last year and I've since moved too far away to use them again this year. I ran into questions with my taxes and just like last year these wonderful lady's were here to help. I'm so sad I wasn't able to use y'all this year but I'm so so happy that y'all are so amazing!!! Excellent customer service. James who did our taxes was outstanding. Plus Chloe was outstanding in assisting with us. We are well pleased for our first visit. I was there maybe 30 minutes.

I have been trying to get in touch with anybody from the Seneca office. I have left my name and number and no one calls me back during these normal buisness hours which is currently 1 day a week and only for 6 hours! I understand things are going on. But when people are out of work like they are right now and they are expecting checks, you want even talk to them about it?! I have used this same office for 15 years but I will not be going back there to file next year! Added content 01/15/2021 It literally took M&M nine months to read and respond to my review. You can try and blame it on COVID-19 all you want but the fact of the matter is, you were open on Thursdays and you still did not feel the need to return my calls. Now that it’s tax season again and you want people’s business you finally respond!? No thank you M&M I know understand what customer service means to you all. Especially during a time when your customers needed you most.

The late hours are very convenient and even when you go in and they have had a long day already the staff was friendly and welcoming. We didn't feel rushed or like they just wanted us to hurry up and get done so they could go home. I definitely recommend using the Seneca branch of M&M tax service.

This was my first time using M & M and will be my last! Their fee was sort of over the top-without the $50 discount for first time, it would have been $383. THEN found out afterwards another $50 to do paper returns-could not even get a copy without paying the $50. The $50 was another fee for a one page form to IRS stating paper filing instead of electronic. And after paying the extra fee to get access to my forms did not even get a copy to keep! Now I have to pay to have copies made.... I will NEVER use this company again and will be telling everyone I know about my experience

I went this morning to file, kinda in a emergence to pray for a advance. Let me tell u i had a wonderful god fearing young lady that was my angel today. Within 45 mins of leaving she called me and said we have a check for you!!!! Praise God and M & M tax. Will have my business from now on. Thank you!! Sandra

My tax return took about four weeks to process and I was getting a little nervous about the status of the return. I made an appointment with Damika, who had prepared my taxes. Within five minutes, she had checked on the status of my return and told me that it was approved. While I realize that sometimes it takes more time to analyze the status of a return, she was very knowledgeable about the process and this was reassuring. In addition, she has a very calm and professional demeanor. I will definitely use M&M tax in Seneca in the future and appreciate Damika's conscientious work.

This is one of the worst companies to deal with, we will never be using M&M again. They charged us a fortune, and didn't even fill out our taxes right. We later received a letter from the IRS saying we have to do another tax form because of their negligence. Not to mention they didn't even get our direct deposit situated. We had to wait for them to call us and tell us our check was ready. Getting it cashed was a bigger hassle then it should have been. (I just don't feel like everything should have been so complicated)

I had a great experience! As a tax procrastinator who has trouble finding time during the week, I was very happy to see them opened on the Sunday before taxes were due! Service was fast, each, and she was very personable the whole time. I definitely recommend!

I've been coming to m&m for the past five years and I've received the maximum refund every year. I have never had any issues with respect, they've had the up most respect for each and every customer with the drive to help the get the highest refund which is deserved and with haste. I've referred multiple people to m&m with great appreciation, which whom still use m&m year after year. If you want great customer service with a feel of family and care m&m is where you want to go. My tax lady has been wonderful and has earned my business, and if you choose to use m&m for your tax services I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The WORST place I have ever used for tax purposes. Will not recommend or use these services again! Not only did they file our taxes wrong they also took their fees out of our stimulus check and refused to refund the amount.
